Cyllage City Gym
The path in this gym is fairly linear. When first entering, the wall that has the Aggronite is the eastern one. In terms of height, the stone is found about midway to the top. It will just be a single path that leads to a dead-end where the stone is glittering.

Reflection Cave
Entering the cave from Shalour City, go down the stairs to your right. Go south after that and take the first path to the left of your screen, which has stairs leading downward. Follow the path and head left when you see the back reflection wall. You should see an entrance in the reflection of the mirror. Follow that path until you eventually hit the southernmost point. To the left should be a raised platform with a colorful illuminated area. The Alakazite is found there.

Victory Road
This one was a fun one. In the open-air area with the ruins of an ancient castle where you have the healer and you fought your rival, it is in the westernmost area. The Garchompite is glittering in front of a column at the northwest point of that map area.

Santalune Forest
When entering the forest from the south side (Aquacorde-Route 2), the Heracronite can be found glittering at the back of one of the larger patches of grass in the first half of the forest. If you take the wide eastern path that leads to the northern half of the forest, you have gone too far. The important thing to remember is that the Mega Stone is found at the back end of a patch of grass against a "wall" or barrier and the blades of grass can actually obscure the glittering.

Shabboneau Castle
Thankfully, the castle is quite small. The Mawilite can be found on the second floor of the castle. It is pretty hard to miss.

Frost Cavern
Serebii put this one quite well. At the very end of the cave where you ousted Team Flare, the Abomasnow remains. The Scizorite is tucked right behind it.
