^^is your safari dunsparce and mincinno? If you're 3rd pokemon is ditto then you have to be online as the same time as all the other peeps for Ditto to come up

Looking for friend codes with vulpix and some form of bulbsaur. I have Vivillion. Looking for breeding advice. I'm breeding Fennekin and these are my parents so far:
Ditto - #132 (Sassy) : 4 - 6 / 4 - 6 / 31 / 30 / 31 / 31
Fennekin - #653 (Modest) : 25 - 28 / 31 / 11 / 31 / 31 / 31 (male)
I hatched a female Fennekin that got an "outstanding" rating with the following IVs:
Fennekin - #653 (Modest) : 20 - 30 / 31 / 31 / 26 - 30 / 31 / 14 - 19
SpA is extremely likely to be 30 given Ditto's SpA IV, which is acceptable to me for the final product. I'm looking to ditch Ditto but I'm worried about inheritance for speed. Should I replace Ditto with the female? Or should I keep trying as is?
EDIT;; No Hidden Abilities so ability inheritance is not a concern.
