PPRNG question--I'm using the iPhone app, and trying to RNG Dream Radar Tornadus. In the app (or the most recent update, I don't know if the app and computer program are different) you search for pokemon by name, not by type (eg legendary). Should I search for the Incarnate or Therian form in PPRNG? When I start typing it in, it selects Incarnate for me, and I have to actually browse through the list to select Therian, so I am unsure.

I just bought the power items from the Battle Maison shop and I have a question regarding the IV inheritance when attaching this item to a Pokemon.

If I attach a Power Anklet to Pokemon X and breed it with Pokemon Y in the Daycare, is it guaranteed to pass down its speed IV to the offspring Pokemon? Or will the IV only be inherited if the parent already has an IV in speed?

All offspring will have whatever IV that pokemon X has. If X has 31 offspring will have 31 if X has 15 offspring will have 15.

No, it's male, but I've also got a timid 4 IV that's an older spitback for a Megacharizard Y, has DD, but there aren't even any egg moves you'd want on that one.
