So yesterday I realized I still haven't transferred (possibly because I never finished the game I don't remember) my Pokemon Ranger Manaphy.

Couple of questions.

1.) Is it possible to RNG manipulate? (I don't know how to RNG yet but I'd like to learn)
2.) If it's not RNGable is it soft resetable?
3.) What one of these things worth?
