Ever run into somebody who just refuses to talk common sense? Well, I ran into such a person today.

This technically was on the Monotype OU ladder and not the regular one, but whatever. The guy had an actually decent team and battled soundly, but he had the most... interesting opinions. Skip to turn 55 if you want to see my discussion with him.

I lost it when I saw this:

UberMadman: Or any decent Fire type
UberMadman: Or any decent electric type ffor that matter
Benny the Miraj: Or any fire type, whatever. ONE type should NOT be his only counter.

This kind of thinking will define the new meta. We need to start considering appearance when discussing viability. Also, pokemon with a Fire weakness should be banned ASAP because they force up to use a Fire-type.

Edit: Completely unrelated, just got called a hacker because my Gengar outsped a Deoxys-S. Apparently my opponent has never heard of a Choice Scarf...

Calm Mind / Flamethrower / Toxic / Slack Off Infernape is too OP, forces you to run cheap flying type legendaries like Articuno and Tornadus, ban please.

Judging by how much it did to the Donphan, and how much the Donphan did back, it looks like the Snorlax didn't even have any EVs.

-Charizard X w/ Sunny Day
-Pyroar... in OU.
-Articuno w/ Agility, Aerial Ace and Shell Bell
-Lucario using High Jump Kick on Jellicent, then trying to Aura Sphere said Jellicent, also w/ a Shell Bell.

Haven't faced too many Breloom, but I can see the utility of Focus Sash now that you mention it. However, Iron Tail? Perhaps to hit Togekiss and Clefable super effectively, maybe, but...

But isn't Delibird banned to ubers thanks to Hustle Boosted Present? Either it kills you or it heals your Kyurem, and you won't be able to use Endevor anymore :(
It has also access to both Defog and Rapid Spin. You expect Rapid Spin and switch in your ghost, defog. You expect defog and bring in Bisharp? Rapid Spin and followed by Brick Break. :P

All megas r op so we must ban them. Mega magikarp( not mega gyarados) can infinity OHKO any thing but mega metapod with huge power boosted splash. While mega metapod has huge defenses. It being able to live mega magikarp's splash is testament of its power.(So can anything actually)
