Looks like they're thinking of Hendo vs Cormier for UFC 175...I don't like that for Hendo. It's his best chance to get that shot again after the inevitable Bones/Gustaffson rematch, but Cormier at this point is like a bigger version of Hendo, and I don't wanna see Hendo getting KOed as Cormier has pretty heavy hands.

On TRT, lets be clear, there's a big difference between the way Chael uses TRT (which had him at 17x the testosterone of a normal man) and the way Hendo uses it (which has him in normal range); Hendo doesn't abuse TRT, Chael clearly did.

So, they resigned Glass Jaw Joe, er I mean Andrei Arvolski, back to the UFC. Strikes me as a weird move, sure he has tremendous KO power, but a light breeze would knock him over at this point. Who're they gonna pair him against exactly?

I logged in just to say that. Actually I'm excited for this. He's fighting Schaub I believe.

He's 6-1-1 in the last 2 years and has worked hard to get back in the UFC. I say huge props to him for making the comeback.

Also why is Nog not retired. ://////////

He might be 6-1-1, but that's against what...scrubs? Big bar guys who decided to throw down at a fight they're attending because the promotion had too few show?

I expect Schaub to KO him, but who knows, one thing Arlovski definitely has is a puncher's chance against anyone, so at least a 50-50 shot of winning if he can connect.

This Arlovski has no chin myth bugs me -- it's not like he has been knocked out by light shots, every KO loss he has comes from being hit with the kind of shot that would put most guys out.

There is times in fights where I remember seeing getting rocked from simple 1-2-3 combinations. I don't think it's a myth at all. The dude needs to form a gameplan where he doesn't get punched in the face a lot.

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know, today I got my Purple Belt (yay)! I gotta admit, I cried a bit, lol.
That's awesome man. Who are you training under?

I should hopefully get my blue soon-ish. Tapped out a few blues out if that's any kind of barometer to judge where I'm at.

I train under Alberto Gonzalez, a spanish black belt who is currently teaching in Abu Dhabi.

Rampage vs King Mo funniest post-fight shit talking ever lol. The Tito fight was equally hilarious.
Because Tito actually won or?

But yeah, apparently Rampage just wants a rematch since the Bellator champ is a bud or something of Rampage...such "fun" problems Bellator must have lol.

I thought it was funny for a lot of reasons. Shlemenko was a fool to challenge Tito, if I'm being honest. Tito may act like a total punk, win 1 fight in a decade, and brag endlessly and do the 'burying my opponent' move after winning, but he's still a VERY big LHW, excellent grappler, super strong, and claims (who knows) to be 100% after his last surgery. It's a shame because even though I find Tito extremely annoying, imo he had the potential to be one of the greats at 205.

Shlemenko just proves toughness isn't everything as Tito effortlessly put him to sleep. He had no defense on the ground and Tito is strong as an ox. There was no way in hell he was ever escaping that arm triangle.

Don't get me wrong. I'm a fool too. I thought Tito would get dropped from a body punch/kick lol.

And I think Rampage wanted the rematch with Mo because he thought Mo took the decision and he wanted the ko. I thought so too but was pleasantly surprised to see Rampage get the nod. Rampage looked in great shape. Never really gassed. It was AMAZING watching him beat Mo's ass on the feet, with Floyd Sr. in Mo's corner. lol

Also if you guys haven't watched the King Mo/Rampage post fight interview/shit talking, look it up. Mo had literally the funniest post-fight speech I've ever heard.

Tito was a great 205er though, nothing about having the potential, he already lived it, he's just on the back burner of his career. He probably could end up as the LHW champ if he really is recovered and avoids going through Rampage somehow, as it's not like Bellator has that good a stable of LHWs like the UFC.

Ok back burner is being a bit generous, more like grasping for straws. But eh, semantics aside, if he stays healthy I still say he has a fair shot at capturing a weaker promotion's belt and can retire then like he stated.

Size disparity in Schlemenko vs Ortiz was insane, tend to think Ortiz would definitely beat the top 10 at Welterweight (which is where Schlemenko probably belongs size wise).

Kinda concerning Hendo came in at 199 for his 205 puns fight...I mean he does know it's a LHW and not a MW bout right?

Yeah I still don't like the whole matchup with Cormier, he's basically fighting a younger version of himself in a way, but even bigger. But if he finds a way to win, it'll be all the sweeter, just wish I was near a casino to place a bet since he's apparently a 9-1 underdog.

Eh you're right, if I were placing bets, should've thrown it in on Dillashaw with the huge upset over Barao.

But yeah as expected, he got tossed around by basically a younger, heavier version of himself. If he wants to continue his career, a drop back to 185 might be more game over trying to compete at 205 still, the belt is arguably more open since Weidman hasn't exactly established himself and even with losses to the likes of Machida and Belfort, good chance to avenge them...
