Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
And the Challenger sends his WildCard to the fray! Equiping a very dangerous Weakness Policy, Lou the Woobat is here to wow us or something.
The Leader is wary and moves carefully not to trigger the Policy. Pointless, as Lou triggered it itself and, after a Calm Mind, Maxed both SpA and SpD and proceeded to fire a very scary 58.5BAP Combo of Stored Power + Stored Power. Conkeldurr fainted!
With that the challenger manages to finally gain the advantage as far as hp goes. Although, while flashy, that combo left Lou wide open to be defeated on the action 1 or next round, which means that the leader still has some kind of advantage. Emphasis on "some kind of".
Assuming he doesn't screw up on this critical phase, of course.
DATA:
ACTION 1!
Swoobat used Assurance on self! (-8en)
Crit: 13 (no)
Damage: (6-1.5)*1.5 = 6.75hp
Weakness Policy Activated!
+4SpA/SpD (simple)
Swoobat's natural stage reset to +2 (isn't affected by simple)
NOTE: If the NDA said "permanently raises 2 stages" I would just have it perma-raise 4 stages. But it says that it raises and then it mentions the reseting to +2 and simple only affect the first soo...
Conkeldurr used Fire Punch! (-6en)
Crit: 3 (no)
Damage: 8+2+2+7= 19hp
"We can reasonably expect to deal some damage to this thing as well before going down."
Stored Power > Psychic > Stored Power
IF (Protective/Evasive Move) is used successfully, THEN use Amnesia on the first instance, Chill on the second instance, pushing actions back. IF Extreme Speed is used as part of a combination, THEN use Protect that action, pushing actions back.
So in two hits, Aikido the newcomer Lucario came, saw and won, although that stored power really hurt.
The challenger now has to make it happen with Aromatisse. Well...remember what I said about taking down Lucario to have the proverbial Field Day? Well that didn't happen completely, so uh....
good luck? I can't say if half Mega Lucario can still beat Aromatisse.
"Alright, Aikido. We're gonna need a specialized hit here. Throw your Bonemerang around the arena, taking out those hazards!"
Bonemerang (Stealth Rock) | Iron Tail | Flash Cannon
If successful protective / evasive move, use Feint that action. Push back actions each time.
If Draining Kiss (combination or non-combo), use Detect that action. Only do this once. Push back actions.

Round 8!
The Leader seems to be willing to take a huge risk to get his Revenankh back. Losing HP-wise and having a good opportunity to catch up, a straight damage race would be the expected route, but instead Lucario used Bonemerang to clear the field of Stealth Rocks and then attacked. Although by then Aromatisse managed to work a number on Mr. Jackal and it falled.
Now the Challenger remains with a hp advantage, with the type advantage to boot. But the Leader has two pokemon still and both are mischievous enough to still make things work well.
Let's see who will prevail here. The next round will probably be the most important of them all.
Or not.
DATA:
ACTION 1!
Lucario used Bonemerang! (-7en)
The field was cleared of the Stealth Rocks!
"At least we can take solace in the fact that we can still do this."
Draining Kiss > Moonblast > Dazzling Gleam IF (Protective/Evasive Move) is used successfully, THEN use Dazzling Gleam that action, pushing actions back. IF Pain Split is used, THEN use Protect on the first instance, pushing actions back.
Sorry this has taken so long, but this round is absolutely crucial. As part of the gym rules, Special Attacks cost two more energy. As a result, Aromatisse should have six less energy. Does that change your orders, Its_A_Random?
