With Crazy Dave and Doctor Zomboss in the air, two teams battle it out on the ground. The arena is quite large, allowing for up to four (recommended) active pokemon per team on the field. Each team will be assigned a "boss" (Either Crazy Dave or Dr Zomboss) who will assist in the match (more later). The map will be split into six sections, with only Pokemon in the same section able to attack one another. However, to keep the match "fair", pokemon will move via PM. Locations of Pokemon will be public knowledge, but which pokemon is in which area will not be known until a battle starts in that area. Once a battle commences, the fighting pokemon may not leave and no pokemon may enter the area until the battle is won. All areas have a clear view of the sky, along with Crazy Dave and Dr Zomboss.
Areas:
- Street Entrance. The starting zone for team Zombies. This area has no external water supply, and also no grass. The ground is dirt and rocks, right to the edge of the road. This zone is bounded on the south by the opposite side of the road, on the north and west but the edge of the arena and the east by a caravan park. The Zombie team gains a +1 Atk and +1 SpA boost while in this area.
- Caravan Park. The ground here is mostly dirt too, however, there are some tufts of grass. An external source of water can be made from the numerous taps. Plenty of cover to use here to avoid attacks. This area is bound on the west by the Street Entrance, the north and east by the edge of the arena and the south by the Street. Rock Type moves gain a +2 BAP boost here.
- Street. It is what it sounds like. A 100m long length of tarmac with white dotted lines painted down the center. No external source of water and digging moves do not work here. Bound on the North by the Caravan Park, East by the Residence, West by the pool, and South by the Garden
- Residence. A house with a decent size backyard which the fighting will take place in. All moves here are allowed with an external source of anything needed to attack. To the east of this area is the edge of the arena, the west is the Street, the south is the Garden, north is the Caravan Park. Grass type moves gain a +2 BAP boost here
- Pool. This area is mainly a large pool (so water types excel here) and a small walkway around it. This is behind another house, but that doesn't come into play at all. This area is bounded on the North by the Street Entrance, the West by the edge of the arena, the East by the Street and the South by the garden. All water type moves in this area get a +2 BAP boost.
- Garden. The starting zone for team plants. This area has everything you could ever want for any moves. Bound on the south, east and west by the edge of the arena, the only way to advance is northwest to the pool, north to the street or northeast to the residence. Pokemon on the PLants team gain a +1 Atk and +1 SpA boost while in this area.

Areas formatted to prevent confusion
To move between areas costs 1 En. Stalling by moving away from enemies will be disallowed to the ref's discretion (pokemon may be sent the opposite direction if this occurs) Battlers may choose to leave only 1 pokemon in their starting area until the event that they are the two remaining pokemon. When there are two remaining pokemon (Regardless of position) they will be transported with no En cost the the street for a final battle.
Crazy Dave, Doctor Zomboss:
Crazy Dave and Dr Zomboss will be automatically assigned to each team. From their position in the sky, they can carry out the four following commands:
- Spot. This will reveal the species of a pokemon in a single area. [3 En]
- Heal. This will heal a single pokemon by 25% of their max HP (will affect all pokemon in area) [20 En]
- Air Strike. This will drop an airstrike on a particular area, 10 BAP (Targets highest defense stat) (will affect all pokemon in an area) [8 En]
- Transport. Can be used once per round, moves a single Pokemon to another area without the En cost on a pokemon.[5 En]
Crazy Dave and Dr Zomboss may be attacked with any ranged attack from anywhere on the field. Each Boss has the following stats
