Blaziken is unbanned. All other Ubers are still banned, as are Slaking and Regigigas.

Several ubers who were uber thanks to their ability are unbanned, as it is replaced by Technician. I don't know for sure, but I believe this would include Blaziken, Shaymin-S, Mega Gengar, Mega Kangaskhan, and possibly Darkrai.

Yeah, not Darkrai, but Blaziken, Skymin, Mega Gengar and Mega Khan.

imo, this meta will be heavily stall based in many situations. Pokes like lando-i losing their old ability really makes them not nearly as good, and the weaker overall attacks (base 90 isin't groundbreaking) will make many stallbreakers much nerfed.

You're right for the most part, but there are still some new powerhouses that can crash through the meta, and they will be very important for Offense. Marowak's Bonemerang now has 150 BP, as does Klingklang's Gear Grind. Garchomp and Haxorus have the arguably superior Dual Chop to replace Outrage. Plenty of mons learn powerful 2-5 hit moves, which are 118.8 BP on average. Weavile and Krookodile can have some ridiculous Beat Up's if you stack physical attackers. Charge Beam will be everywhere, allowing Electric-types to easily boost and overwhelm. Frost Breath and Storm Throw are also very powerful at 135 BP.

Is aegislash still banned ? I mean, he doesn't have stance change anymore. Does that mean you can choose between shiel or sword force ?
