Are critical captures guaranteed catches?
No. It is significantly more likely to catch it, though.
Zygarde laughing at my critical captures makes me think no.
It's too much but you could throw it my way just for safekeeping :P

Nope. Rock Blast is a 6th gen egg move while Knock Off is a 5th gen tutor move.
Don't you worry, most likely it'll come back as a tutor move. >_>

Kyogre, Groudon and even Rayquaza are obtainable in Johto.
Not really. Rock Blast is an egg move in XY while Knock Off is transfer only, not an egg move.
Mr. Pokemon gives you an Red/Blue Orb to summon one of them after you gain the National Dex and a Kanto Starter.
Heart Gold = Kygore
Soul SIlver = Groudon

Well, it needs to be even for HP Fire, but honestly, why bother if you're not going for a 30 IV?
Lol I just keep what ever speed is around 125 or snob and reset if it is less than that, but I think you are right it's time I change my plan to aim for 130. Thank you.

What is the easiest way to get a 6 IV pokemon (if there is a good way)? I already have some 5 IV flawless but would like to go for all 6.

Using two Pokemon with different 5 IV spreads is the fastest way (unless you have a 6 IV parent to use, that's ideal)
