XY Itemless Battle Spot Special Tournament SIGNUPS (CLOSED)

How well can your Pokémon fare on their own? You will have to rely on your Pokémon alone in this tournament! No held items of any kind are permitted. It will take expert planning and strategy to come out ahead here.

This tournament features the predicted Battle Spot Special Season 5 ruleset. As such, the following rules are the only rules in place, to simulate the official BSS metagame:

• No Pokémon may hold any item of any kind.
• Sign up below by posting your Smogon username followed by your friend code. Signups will close on 29/05/2014 (THURSDAY). Blacklisted members cannot join this tournament as per Wi-Fi forum rules. The first 62.5% of signups will be decided on a first come, first served basis and the rest will be chosen by roulette.
• Battles are to be held at Level 50
• Species Clause: Pokémon sharing the same National Pokédex number may not be used on the same team.
• Battle Timeout Rule: If the timer in a battle is exhausted, the battle will be decided by the game's decision.
• Please save your battle videos. When your battle is over, please report the winner with the code for your battle video - this helps out in case of a dispute.

• Final Round will be best of 3, all other matches are best of 1.
• Single elimination

I stated in the thread Team Preview will be enabled as there is no way to disable it in-game.

No. There's nothing to indicate that BSS Season 5 will require Kalos native.

I'd love to be able to do this with no Team Preview but there's no way to actually enforce it. Hopefully ORAS will give us more wifi battle options, but until then we're stuck with what we have.

Alright then. Do we need to lead with the same Pokemon each battle/in the top-left corner? Also, my FC is 3007-8077-9159
