Those are actually very good and can do very well in battle, contrary to what you may think. It's really shocking, but Life Orb Giga Drain Whimsicott can hit really hard despite base 77 Special Attack.
If it was OU then Whimsicott itself could be considered silly.

Can people stop complaining about LO Whimsicott? I actually made that a thing back in BW2 as an offensive Tailwind user for CB Kyurem-B (and Tailwind teams in general) and everyone thinks it's bad because they never tried it. Don't try that. I'll even give you the team if you don't believe me.
