next year you shouldn't have each tier automatically move you to another tier in the next round. for example, if i played XY in round 1 it shouldn't automatically mean i play DP in round 2. it should be either DP or BW, because doing it the way we have been means you're pretty much guaranteed to have the same few people in all 3 of your groups instead of spreading it out more. just for future reference
