It's definitely the best one I've seen so far. When people stop SRing like crazy, it'll definitely be in popular demand, especially if it's on a trading thread. Just look at Adrima Pokéball Vivillon :P

The Pokéball one is popular because it's a rare pattern. The IVs are just a bonus (if you're going to trade for one, trade for a good one). Since everyone has access to a Fancy Pattern one, only truly spectacular ones will be in high demand.

Depends what your standards are. 3 perfect Ivs are pretty good,good nature, low Atk=low Foul Play, decent SP. Atk and Decent HP

I think you should go to the battle institute to get a smaller range. Depending on what the speed IV is I might say keep. Heck, I'm tempted to say keep anyways lol.

While its not timid or modest, it is a +speed nature that is not jolly lol. And it has some terrific ivs. I would say keep IMO.
