Foundations GTS is a fully functional replacement GTS for Generations IV and V. It can be accessed through the altWFC servers.

If you have access to altwfc, you don't need to do anything new. Just pay a visit to the Global Link (PtHGSS) or WiFi corner (BW1/2) and you should be able to search, view, and add battle videos like you always used to. Musical photos, dressups, and box uploads should work too.
