Non-Rated Battle Pool?

But this thing would be like, same thing as our battle pool, where we can search for battles and all, it's all not rated however.

There are some non-rated sections on the battle search menu. There's also Battle Spot for friendly wi-fi matches, and if all else fails you can go to the individual tier rooms or lobby and find someone (I'd advise against asking in chat repeatedly though).

You can already do unrated random matches.

You can also just go to the lobby and challenge random people. It's not that much of an inconvenience for people to have to click decline if they'd rather not do it.

DO NOT randomly challenge voices or moderators though, we all either ladder or battle amongst ourselves (or other friends) and we do not want random challenges.
