While you are resting into your cabins on the ship, some unexpected rumors coming from outside put you on guard. Not long after, you hear a sailor yelling "We're under attack! The Bright Hope is under attack!". As you rush out on the deck, you see Wallace holding off the assault of several enraged Pokemon.
"Good of you to have come!", he says with an alarmed tone. "We're in jeopardy! Several swarms of hostile Pokemon are surrounding the ship! I've never seen anything like...". He doesn't make in time to finish speaking that a frenzied Archeops is upon him. The champion stares in fear as the prehistoric bird is about to strike him, but then, just in time, a blast of blue energy takes out the foe.
"Wallace!", shouts Lorien, running towards the group. "Is everything ok?". As the champion nods, the mysterious man turns his attention on you. "Whoever leaded this assault is not an ordinary Trainer. You must find the head of this charge, and seize it before the enemy overcomes the ship's resistance!".

You nod in agreement and leap beyond the ship, skipping the enemy lines and landing on the shore. As you look around yourselves, though, a voice suddenly calls you.
"You're not going anywhere, New Dawn filth! The Plan must not be interrupted!".
You make just in time to avoid the foe as he pounces upon you. You take one moment to study the strange creature.

Ok, EM, the deal is relatively simple: Let Camerupt get threat, then go ballistic with every Pokemon. Ninetales will get threat on Action 1 because of Drought, but unless Syclant is mean and uses Earthquake, we should not be too much in trouble. Even if it does, we can offset that damage soon.

Chandelure: Trick Room - Inferno
If Syclant is untargettable A1, replace A2 with Will-O-Wisp
Regirock: Gravity - Fire Punch

Trick Room should allow Camerupt to get a good amount of threat pretty fast if it uses its strongest attacks (naturally no Overheat please). Other than that, attack without holding back.

NOTE: Make sure to include a proper substitution on A1, because Syclant may use Dig.

EDIT: I know it sounds odd, but do NOT use Reflect! Burn is enough to stop Syclant in its tracks.

ROUND ONE​

As the sun almost immediately came out to play, the Syclant was visibly afraid the moment it saw your team and instantly ducked for cover in the sand of the shore. The squad was wise to not attack as the Ninetales had thoughts of roasting ants alive, the Regirock calling forth an increased magnetic pull that sent everything falling to the ground and the Camerupt learning how to intensify the gravity. The Syclant then fires out of the sand at this point, striking the Ninetales with force as the Chandelure twisted the dimensions, reversing the speed order.

With the Syclant's speed advantage neutered, the raid went on the offensive with the Camerupt burning the Syclant with a scorching stream of fire intensified by the sun and gaining the Syclant's attention. The Regirock then whacked the Syclant with a scorching hot punch that the Syclant visibly did not enjoy. The Chandelure then tried to burn the Syclant with ghastly wisps but of course, was too slow since the Camerupt already did the job. The Ninetales then launched a star-shaped fire at the Syclant that dealt a lot of damage. The Syclant was not amused and turned its attention back to the Ninetales before playing the chicken card once more, ducking for cover. The Syclant did not get to evade anything however and simply crashed into the Ninetales once more for weakened damage.

Well, this was largely a miscalculation on my part, but fear not. All Camerupt has to do now is to launch a Flame Burst and threat will be secured.

ROUND TWO​

After gaining their initial bearings, the team puts in some solid work with the Camerupt seizing the attention of the Syclant with a powerful burst of fire that leaves the Syclant red-faced. The Regirock, the Chandelure and the Ninetales join in on the onslaught with the Regirock punching the Syclant and the other two attacking from afar. The Syclant then lets off a chilling gust of ice that batters everyone but the Chandelure, the Ninetales suffering a critical hit. At least the sun will prevent them from freezing. The Syclant's burn is also proving to be painful to it.

Nevertheless the party continues to fight through the gust with the Camerupt dealing lots of damage with a star-shaped blast of fire and the Regirock striking the Syclant with the power of its rocks. The Chandelure letting off a stream of fire that deals a huge amount of damage to the Syclant and the Ninetales launching another star-shaped blast of fire that dents the Syclant. The Syclant then taps into the power of the sunlight and then blasts the Camerupt with a beam of sunlight that hits for critical damage. That is not all as the Syclant advances towards the stricken Camerupt...

shouts the Syclant as it proceeds to sharp its claws on the Camerupt's bones. Luckily the burn reduced the damage of the attack as the Syclant suffered from the effects of it once more.

ROUND THREE​

After taking a bit of a beating, the Camerupt fires off a burst of fire that leaves the Syclant red-faced as the Regirock hammers the Syclant with a fist of fire for a lot of damage. The Chandelure notices that the Camerupt is a bit wounded and proceeds to heal the Camerupt of some lost health as the Ninetales battered the Syclant with a stream of fire that struck the Syclant critically. The Syclant was not amused and bashed the Camerupt with rage, further fuelled by its painful burn.

The raid squad then continued to pummel the Syclant with everything they had. The Camerupt belted the Syclant with a star-shaped blast of fire. The Regirock hammered the Gyarados with pointed rocks. The Chandelure let off a stream of fire that hurt the Syclant. The Ninetales let off a star-shaped blast of fire that hurt the Syclant. The Syclant had other ideas and fired off a wave of ice that battered everyone but the Chandelure, before advancing on the Camerupt.

You are going to leave in pieces!

shouted the Syclant as it proceeded to ravage the Camerupt with another bout of claw sharping, albeit weakened by its painful burn. Before you knew it, the Syclant then whipped up a whirlwind of ice and encased itself in it!

Spirits of rage! Come to my aid!

the Syclant shouts, as a Gyarados then appears from the water. "Feel the wrath of my gory Gyarados of greatness!"

ROUND FOUR​

The team slows down the pace a little bit the Camerupt denting the Gyarados with the power of rocks and the Regirock encasing the Gyarados in rocks, making it red faced and turn on the rock golem. The Chandelure then healed up the wounded Camerupt as the Gyarados fired off a gushing torrent of water which hurt the Regirock. The Ninetales also helped in the healing by helping out the Camerupt as the Syclant's whirlwind acted, flinging chunks of ice which hurt the whole raid squad.

The Camerupt took a bit of a break as the Regirock slugged the Gyarados with pointed stones that struck critically. The Chandelure also took a break as the Gyarados slugged the Regirock with a tail of iron. The Ninetales also took a break at this point as the Syclant's whirlwind flung more damaging ice at the raid. At this point all the field effects that were helping the raid disappeared and now things might start to get a bit more difficult from here on in.

ROUND FIVE​

After zarator took a holiday to rest up and get away from the hustle and bustle of ASB, he returns to Raging Shore in a little bit of a predicament as the Syclant's whirlwind battered the raid with more icy debris. The Ninetales then took another breather as the Gyarados whacked the Regirock with the power of its tail. The team then fights back with the Regirock encasing the Gyarados in rocks while the Camerupt and Chandelure begin to restore the field effects with the Camerupt intensifying the gravity and the Chandelure twisting the dimensions.

The offence somewhat picks up again the next round with the Camerupt and Regirock combining to hammer the Gyarados with rocky assaults which deal a bit more damage as the Chandelure calls forth the sun once more. Maybe the Chandelure should have used that time to heal Regirock instead as the Gyarados promptly assaults the Regirock with the bite of powerful salted water, which deals massive damage to the weakening Regirock. The Ninetales then finally gives the Regirock the heal it desperately wanted, after the Regirock suffered a lot of damage. To make matters worse, the Syclant's whirlwind then batters the raid once more. The Ninetales looks to be in a bit of a bad way now as the Syclant starts to taunt the raid behind the safety of its whirlwind.

"I have seen games of Scrabble go faster than this!" The Syclant chuckled if only to rub salt into the wounds of the team.

ROUND SIX​

Finally coming to the realisation that they were starting to take too long to defeat the Gyarados, the raid suddenly goes on the offensive with the Camerupt using the power of sunlight to hammer the Gyarados, the Regirock hurling rocks at the Gyarados and the Chandelure letting off a stream of fire. Still the Gyarados lives and fires a stream of water which batters the Regirock though it was not the salted water that massively hurt the Regirock though. The Ninetales through all the chaos takes a break as the whirlwind flings even more debris at the party.

The Regirock and the Camerupt then combine their efforts with the power of rocks to finally take out the Gyarados as it let off one more groan before collapsing into the water! The whirlwind surrounding Syclant dispels and the Syclant then laughs before taunting the raid:

With the Syclant back in plain view, the team resumes the offensive... somewhat. The Camerupt begins with a burst of fire that ravages the Syclant, as the Regirock took a break. The Chandelure then sent a friendly heal in the direction of the Ninetales as the Ninetales threw up a few reflective barriers protecting everyone bar the Chandelure. The barriers have immediate effect as the Syclant slams the Camerupt with a weakened, yet burn-fuelled blow before advancing on the Camerupt once more before the Camerupt could get a break.

I'll sharp my claws on your bones!

the Syclant cries out as it ravages the Camerupt again, its brilliant English showing for all to see. The Camerupt survives the blow but is incredibly weak as a result. Nevertheless the Camerupt continues the offensive with a stream of fire that roasts the burned Syclant for a lot of damage. The Regirock joins in too and whacks the Syclant with a powerful punch of fire that also scores a critical hit! The Syclant sinks back after the blow as the Chandelure takes a rest and the Ninetales tries to save the Camerupt with healing powers. It works for now as the Syclant taps into the power of the sun and belts the Camerupt with a powerful beam.

ROUND EIGHT​

The Camerupt continues on the offensive with a burst of fire that damages the Syclant as the Regirock takes a bit of a break. The Chandelure then proceeds to heal the wounded Camerupt as the Ninetales took a break. The Syclant then fired off a gust of wind that batters everyone but the lucky Chandelure and slows down everyone hit but the Regirock.

The Camerupt and Regirock then continue their offensive with a stream of fire and a punch of fire that hurts the Syclant. The Ninetales then heals the Camerupt once more as the Chandelure fired off a weak flame that dealt impressive damage. The Syclant then let off a breath of ice that struck the Camerupt critically before advancing on the Camerupt again.

The Syclant cries out as it ravages the Camerupt once more. At this point, all the field effects helping the raid wear off again.
