Two things.

May be missing something, but since when does thunder hit through dive?

Second, Togepi is fairy type, so where is the x 1.5 modifier on Rock slide coming from?

Edit: under further inspection, Earthquake should've hit Togepi as well, and spread moves have their BAP multiplied by 0.75 if multiple targets are able to be targeted. On top of that, Larvitar is 4x weak to water type attacks, so the correct modifier is x 2.25 rather then x 1.5.
