Interesting team! You might want to expand your descriptions for your pokemon, or the thread might be locked. Could you also explain why you chose the EVs for your pokemon, and their purpose? Then I could write a more descriptive RMT.
A couple of quick things. Firstly, if you are intending for Conkeldurr to be your special wall, I would recommend changing the set slightly to suit this. Also, on Bisharp, I would recommend Swords Dance > Psycho cut, as most fighting types in OU have priority or outspeed Bisharp and can OHKO it. Thirdly, on Quagsire, I would recommend running a purely defensive set, as you already have a special wall in Conkelldurr. I would also recommend running Thunderbolt over Thunder due to its additional accuracy, and Volt Switch over HP [ice] for momentum.
Finally, I would recommend changing Clefable's set to Magic Guard. As you already have something to stop setup sweepers (Quagsire), you could use Clefable as a great physical wall + setup sweeper, with Calm mind and flamethrower for the steel types that like to switch in on it.

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard

Bold Nature

- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Calm Mind

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Recover

this is right; at least three lines of description for each pokemon are required as per the rmt rules. if you pm me with an updated version of your rmt after reviewing the rules, i can reopen this thread
