I think you need to stick to one stat primarily. Without a Sap Sipper boost, Goodra's Attack is just okay. Maybe a physical move like Earthquake for coverage, but focus your EVs on one stat.

I'd say toss unfortunately. The nature is really suboptimal, and Vivillon's Speed is only "okay" before a boost, so it needs every point.

toss 2 speed is trash you want 31 in speed and 31 special attack and timid or modest nature

Assault Vest boost Sp. Def, but locks the holder out of status moves.

Sap Sipper with Dragon Tail as the fourth move along with the moves Chester0334 suggested and some hazard support could be a considerable pain in the butt for non-Fairies (or Substitute users) though. Or Earthquake for further coverage if it can switch in on a Grass move like Ferrothorn's Leech Seed.

if the darmanitan is scarf'd then it can't 2HKO an Arcanine at -1, it'll be a 3HKO

Probably not. They have the same base Speed so if Darmanitan is invested in Speed/Scarfed, Arcanine won't be able to get much in.

Anyway, yeah, check out the damage calculator, it's easy to mess around with.
