horyzhnz where can we find stats specifically on megas? Main concern is scizor vs mega scizor, but where can we find the usage info for megas vs normal?

This also applies towards all legal Mega Evolutions, should a player choose to use them; eg, both Mega Tyranitar and its non-Mega Evolved form are banned from using Crunch and Stone Edge. Charizard X will have Dragon Claw and Dragon Dance banned, while Charizard Y will have SolarBeam and Roost banned.

yoman5 usage of moves used by both Mega and non-Mega forms of Pokemon are counted as the non-Mega form's. I'm sure this shouldn't be a problem, seeing as most of the time Mega Evolutions usually play similar roles to their non-Mega counterparts, and with some Pokemon the only reason they are even viable in OU is due to their Mega Evolution; eg, Mega Manectric, and both Megazards. tl;dr if someone wants to use Mega Scizor in this tourney, they can't use Bullet Punch or Swords Dance, just like their normal form.
