If you'll notice the text in the video, it said "Standard Smogon rules" which would include the Moody ban. I hope that clears things up :)

Yes you have to have skype, it's going to be the main method of contact for this tournament.

- Misdreavus and Fletchling are allowed no matter what happens in the suspect tests

And can we please remove it? A tournament without Missy would be so much better of a thing.

Please do remove Missy. You will usually lose at least 1 or 2 pokemon too it unless the opponent is a terrible player (and sometimes even then)

Don't change rules after sign-ups start. Don't make my time breeding a misdreavus worthless.
