zarator I don't think any of our field effects have run out yet but I can't find the status on those anywhere, if you could give us an update on those that would be wonderful

With a Puddle on him Drillstrike can't do a whole lot so he can finish off the Tynamo (9 + 4.5 = lethal) and then start some piddly offence on Zapdos. At least if a Puddle hits Stonestrike he'll have Rock Slide and Stone Edge to work with, and obviously Sludgestrike and Mindstrike won't care. Mindstrike's getting smacked by Big Thunder so hopefully Light Screen and a future Wish will help with that. Let me know if you want me to change anything.

zarator Excadrill has the Glyph of Rock Slide on him so there should have been no spread penalty, and a +1 bonus to BAP, meaning all of the Tynamo should have died to his Rock Slide leaving Rhyperior to Rock Slide Zapdos and only Zapdos (also apparently you can't single target spread moves after all. /me shakes fist at whoever told me otherwise)
 
Rhyperior has the same glyph so his Rock Slide on Zapdos should have had one more BAP.

Flamestrike: Gallade flinched thanks to Big Thunder apparently replacing the next action with Flinch and Wish never got off as a result. If you want to use it A1, then go do so. Otherwise it is not worth it since Gallade will not live two Big Thunders after one Wish alone.

Megawhal now requires all the heals the team mates can muster to keep up, but the time he is buying is well employed by the rest of the squad to lay the hurt on the foe. Zapdos however shrugs off the blows and keeps smacking the Colossoil with aerial assaults. Meanwhile, another puddle forms beneath Sleast, but unlike his team mates, the Gastrodon looks at ease in the surrounding water.

While you walk down the route, though, you spot an odd construction, sculptured in the wall. It seems some kind of altar, but you ignore what the writings on its surface could possibly mean... until, suddenly, the scepter Eusine gave you starts shimmering! Perhaps it can be used on the altar is some way?

Brandon took a calming breath. For the third time, he had taken down Zapdos, and for the third time, he had doubts. Could he do it? Was he truly able to beat Raikou, an enemy that had already taken him out twice? For a while it had seemed impossible, but right now, with his Pokemon behind him and ready to fight, he knew he HAD to be able to. He looked back to his partner IAR, who merely nodded. He took one more breath to calm his nerves, then lowered the scepter to the altar for the third time. It was now or never.

Wielding tightly the scepter in your hands, you point it at the altar. A glowing yellow light spreads from the top of the scepter, reaching the topaz socketed in the altar and shattering it. Suddenly, the sky above you is once again swarmed by black, menacing clouds. But this time, a heavy rainstorm follows the thunders and the gusts of wind. You wonder if it wouldn't be better to just leave, but before you can make this decision, a mighty lightning bolt falls from the sky, hitting the ground near you. You close your eyes for a moment, blinded by the sudden burst of light. Then, when you reopen them, a threatening beasts stands before you, a fierce look in its eyes!

Here is what I am thinking: deal as much damage as possible and get Light Screen up early. Watch out for a possible A1 Dig. As for lightning ball rotations I am looking at the more dangerous 4-2 Rotation with Heal Pulse support and Fidgit taking the last two actions of the ball before firing off. Of course this only results in an extra 20 dmg to Lightning Shield but we need all the damage we can get to maximise our chances. It is not as if Nidoking is getting Threat anyway. Trick Room and Gravity I feel are unnecessary for this encounter.

Unfortunately he doesn't have Dig so if Raikou uses Dig A2 I guess he'll throw an extra heal at Sludgestrike in case he gets the orb again. Also just to confirm I only throw the orb to Fidgit on A1 next round right, not right now?

Sleast shrugs off Raikou's psychic assault with ease, and when the legendary beast turns once more on Megawhal, he redirects once more the foe's globe of water. Meanwhile, the Ground-types keep up their assault, leaving quite a mark in the enemy. However, Sludgestrike won't be able to withstand the unstable ball of lightning for much longer.

Okay now is the time for Nidoking to give Fidgit the Lightning Ball. I am being a little bit conservative this round with Mud-Slap and Ember pretty much to get some mileage and hopefully not have to chill once, RNG allowing. Basically just attack this round and let Fidgit hold the Lightning Ball for two actions by getting Nidoking to pass its ball over, then we can unleash all we have got next round. At least the fact that Raikou has only done 10 damage by itself in two rounds means that healing maintenance is not super necessary for the time being.
