Putting up another 9v9 FE Brawl. All standard except the arena, for that I'll take Glacier Knight's arena:

I HAVE DESTROYED THE ASB ARENA MUAHAHAHAHAH

Arena: The ASB Arena's burning remains after I destroy it (v2.0)
Secret Power is Flare Blitz because of all the FIYAH
At the end of every action there is a 15% chance some of the bombs I used didnt explode, but do now, thus all pokemon take 15 flat damage
The Weather is APOCALYPTIC because the ASB Arena has been destroyed and its the end of the world
(Apocalyptic Weather: pokemon are sent into a tizzy because they fear impending doom, thus all moves use 2 more EN than usual cost ((after STAB EN drop)) and their STAB attacks get +2BAP because their survival of the fittest instincts kick in)
Rubble is everywhere and thus Moves using external rocks get +2BAP because there's a lot more to use
Fire burns harshly everywhere, and the heat may hurt the pokemon (10% for each pokemon to recieve a burn at the end of the round)
