The last move is Protect, which allows you Chandelure to avoid taking damage from attacks, but has a chance to fail the more times you it in a row.

The abilities Flash Fire or Infiltrator can be used, though Flash Fire is better than Infiltrator for the absorption of Fire-typed moves and so that they don't break Chandelure's Focus Sash your Stash.

Usage Tips
========

Make sure to use Protect when necessary, such as when you know a spread wide range move is coming. Also If Flash Fire is its ability, use it Chandelure to absorb Fire-typed moves for Pokemon who that have a weakness to the type, such as Ferrothorn or and Scizor.

Team Options
========

Some One of the best teammates members for Chandelure in this set is anything are Pokemon that enjoys Fire-typed coverage, such as Mawile and Amoongus. Then it Chandelure also likes Pokemon that have the move Wide Guard, such as like Aegislash and Mienshao. However, it lowers your harshly lowers your Chandelure's Special Attack. Shadow Ball is a Ghost-type basic STAB move for Chandelure and covers one of its weaknesses. Flash Fire gives you Chandelure an immunity to Fire-typed moves and the great twist of while boosting your its own, (period to comma) while Infiltrator can allows Chandelure's attacks to go right through Substitutes and dual screens. The max EV investment for in Speed and Special Attack is for you Chandelure to hit hard and fast. Timid is a necessary nature for Chandelure as it helps it out Chandelure outspeed (remove space) most Pokemon with its item the Choice Scarf, which boost your Speed by 50%. These both help it almost always allow you to out speed even fully invested in Speed Pokemon, but not always.

Usage Tips
========

Look out for Sucker Punches, Carrying Choice being Scarfed means your Chandelure is a sitting duck for any and all Sucker Punches. As such, its Chandelure's job is to take out fast attackers, then bulkier Pokemon.

Team Options
========

One good Pokemon for a team member is one with a form of Priority users moves, such as Meowstic, as these are good for taking out and crippling other priority Pokemon. Another good team member Pokemon that enjoys Chandelure's Flash Fire are bulky Grass- and or Steel-type Pokemon like such as Amoonguss and Ferrothorn. Chandelure enjoys having bulky Water-typed Pokemon like such as Rotom-Wash (dash), (comma) as it they can kill cover a lot of its weaknesses. Garchomp is a great teammate, Pokemon as it can take out weather setters. Flying-typed Pokemon as well as Pokemon with Levitate are good for avoiding Ground-type moves, which Chandelure is weak to one of Chandelures weaknesses. One last thing Chandelure loves is Pokemon with Wide Guard because of how almost all wide ranged spread moves are super effective to against it.

Other Options
########

Flame Body is one thing you can use usable on both sets, (comma) as it can help with all the physical attackers out there, including like Kangaskhan and Aegislash. Hex is a nice move for both sets, mainly if you have a Prankster Pokemon on your team like such as Meowstic that can spread status. Trick Room + Imprison is a nice counter for the Trick Room set verses a dedicated Trick Room teams. Hidden Power Ice is great for the first set as it covers its Ground-type weakness as well as Dragon-type, which resist its Fire-type STAB. (moves listed on the set should not go in other options) The item, Air Balloon, can be used on the first set to avoid common Earthquakes as well as other Ground-type moves. Also, a Modest nature as well as Choice Specs can be used on both sets as well. Choice Specs can also be used.

Checks & Counters

(all items need colons)
**Priority Moves**: A weakness to both sets is priory moves, as Chandelure doesn't have any priority and is thus outprioritized by priority moves sped, and most priority moves are also super effective to against Chandelure. Though its immune to some priority moves.

**Wide Range Spread Moves**: Wide range Almost all spread moves, including Rock Slide, are another weakness to Chandelure as they are almost always super effective against Chandelure. to it, such as Rock Slide.

**Resistant Pokemon**: The one thing that hurts a Chandelures offensive side are resistant Pokemon. Even with its Chandelure's base 145 Special Attack, Pokemon like Tyranitar and Garchomp can wall it and Plus, most of them can OHKO it in return.

**Rain**: While weather had been demoted and only last 5 to 8 turns, it is still a problem for Chandelure as it Rain lowers the power of Chandelure's STAB Fire-typed moves and increases the power of super effective Water-typed moves.

Sorry but this analysis tells me nothing. I read the overview and was like "ok this is poorly worded but fixable" so I fixed it, and then I got to the first paragraph of the set and I couldn't believe the base level of information that's there.

"Heat Wave hits many Pokemon and has STAB. Shadow Ball is a Ghost-type STAB move. Will-O-Wisp is used for inflicting burns and lowering the power of physical attackers."

This doesn't tell the reader anything that they don't already know. What Pokemon is Heat Wave actually hitting? No shit Shadow Ball is a Ghost-type STAB move, so what? So is Astonish. Will-O-Wisp is used for burning? Please tell me more.

You need to actually explain how Chandelure works in the context of the VGC metagame. What use does it have? What are the moves actually /doing/ for me? Why should I use Chandelure over something like Charizard Y?

also just read this sentence

"On top of that, there are common Pokemon that resist its STAB moves, including Rotom-W and Garchomp, which can be a detriment to using Chandelure."

neither rotom-w nor garchomp resist shadow ball. I'm pretty sure nothing in VGC resists both of its STAB moves besides Tyranitar and Hydreigon so remove that...

"Substitute is an alternative to Will-O-Wisp that helps Chandelure avoid Rock Slides and Sucker Punches."

This isn't even true, Chandelure is still hit by Rock Slide when it subs just not damaged... you might as well include muddy water and earthquake there too. Substitute is good because Chandelure forces a lot of switches on Pokemon like Mega Kangaskhan.

Can I have some thoughts on this now Laurel
Yeah ill take a look in a minute.

Edit 1: mention sub is good because it has so many immunities and it practically gets a free sub on arguably the 3 best megas (kangaskhan, zard-y, mawile) the grammar will need to be fixed again

It's much better ill keep reading when i have more time.
