So, this is what just happened:

Looked for battle on PS (battle spot singles tier)
the battle starts
I picked Manectric and the other guy strangely enough picked Cottonee
I mega evolve and use flamethrower
Cottonee is alive with 34% HP

So I made my calcs to see if that's even possible, and...

252 SpA Manectric Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Cottonee: 600-708 (2608.6 - 3078.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Sorry but couldn't get a screen or battle link

Link to the replay would've been helpful, and other stats like your levels, their levels, etc.

That's because that's calced vs a level 1 Cottonee mate. He had a level 100.
 
he didnt tell me and he is offline now so i cant ask.. maybe later but for sure not something like roar just looking how he reacted ;)
Just to make myself clear, it wasn't a glitch if the move used by the Feraligatr had negative priority.

Edit: And I just checked: Feraligatr can learn Dragon Tail, which is a move with negative priority and usually causes confusion amongst players with lesser understanding in circumstances like those.

I think I should say this. If you are in a battle, and your ability is negated, please check this list http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mold_Breaker to see if the mon you fought gets the ability mold breaker. Or even, when they switch in, it should say they are "breaking the mold". There are too many 'bugs' which are only the cause of this ability. It's not showdown. If your opponent doesn't have mold breaker, or anything like it (turboblaze) that's when it's a bug. There are some abilities that aren't negated by mold breaker, yet it seems like a lot of people are forgetting this ability exists at all. Just for future references. As you were.

I know it's sorta been brought up a lot before but I'm not sure if it's fixed or if it's still getting worked on, but the mini-sprites in the side panel are still getting swapped out for something else.

Opponents team was: Gourgeist-Large / Bouffalant / Raichu / Steelix / Floatzel / Xatu
 
I can't recall if this has been posted, I doubt it; it wasn't posted in the first 50 pages when I had made a list iirc.

If you don't notice, it's saying "Zigzagoon found one !". Probably affected by the fact that it had an item when the move was chosen, but not when it hit. Purely cosmetic, I reckon, but I figured I'd mention it.
 
Turn 5 in this battle, Diancie uses Diamond Storm on multiple targets (not the bug) and after getting forced out by Sceptile's Red Card, 1) Diamond Storm STILL hits Mega Scizor and 2) it sends the message that Diancie's defense rose albeit being forced out by Red Card already.

So I just had a battle through the tournament system, and after turn 4 there was a massive lag spike making us both disconnect. After rejoining, I was somehow able to replace my opponent so my name was on both sides of the battle, then when my opponent got back in he took my old place, he was displayed as having my team and I had his (in the replay, the names switch instead). We were both able to still control our own teams though. So we played it out, I ended up winning, but since my opponent had taken my old side he was listed as the winner. The tournament system listed him as having won 0-4.

Is it a bug? That's a known bug AFAIK. Happened several times to, except in my scenario it was like the opponent left and then I did, too, then I rejoined and was somehow able to join the battle and be on both sides. I then used /forfeit and it actually showed "macrarazy forfeited." "macrarazy won the battle!", however, your case is something else... but I'm assuming it's a variant of that same bug, and it mostly happens because of IP forges of sorts and the server is subsequently unable to call the IP of the user(s) and messes up.

Solution! As of right now the only thing we can do to prevent that is to have a rematch and leave the original battle and then accordingly DQ whoever lost the newer battle which was a decoy for the bugged one.
