Sandstorm + Focus Blast (boostd acc.)

Would this not LOWER the accuraccy due to you know being in a sandstorm? Normally you cannot see with all that sand in your eyes.
not if you focus hard enough ;) and most other variations of focus blast get boosted acc. in a certain weather and it seemed to fit most in sandstorm. just a personal opinion though!
 
and everyone i apologize for not being extremely active as of late, school is kinda kicking my ass right now. haha but I'm working on getting it under control! Most of the suggestions that i have seen are fantastic! i will be working on compiling a list of the combos that are not completely broken, and too outlandish. Thanks again for all of your guys' input!

The other variants are actually related to weather, though. I think Reptile's Focus Energy + Focus Blast combo works the best for it. Also, you should compile a list of combos.

Powder move + Will O Wisp (Fire Cloud)= Target loses 33% of it's HP Illegal in Singles, since Vivillon can't learn WoW. Actually, the only Fire-type moves it can learn are Sunny Day and HP-Fire. Unless you really want to use Smeargle for this purpose.
Bite + Elemental Fangs (Feral Fang)= 110 BP, 30% Flinch
Voice Move + Boomburst (Reverberate) = 180BP Does Boomburst really need more power?
Attract + Charm (Lover's Gaze)= minimize Attack if target is infatuated
Attract + Captivate (Lover's Beauty)= minimize Sp Attack if target is infatuated
King's Shield + Noble Roar = -4 Sp/attack I don't get why these are paired. King's Shield is also exclusive to Aegislash, who is banned.
Sharpen + Spiky Shield (Sword Barrier)= 1/8 Hp on contact Illegal anywhere, since Chesnaught cannot learn Sharpen and these are both self-target moves.
Sharpen + Razor Shell/Spike Cannon/Cut/Slash/Night Slash/Sacred Sword/Secret Sword= BP x2, extra chance to crit See above. This combo also doesn't work very well since Sharpen involves reducing the user's polygon count.
Smokescreen + Smog/Clear Smog (Horrid Smoke)= 110 BP
Mud Sport + Mud Slap/Bomb/Shot = 120 BP + Guaranteed secondary effect Done in post 4 already.
Coil + Wrap/Bind (Bone Grip)= 1/8 HP per turn Bind usually involves an appendage like a tentacle or vine, so it probably shouldn't count.
Forest's Curse + Curse (Ghost)(Condemn)= Curse does 1/3 damage each turn
Sing + Petal/Fiery Dance (Frenetic Show)= 2x damage, secondary effects guaranteed Illegal in Singles, would only work in Doubles et. all if it ignores who Sing targets.
Sing + Quiver dance/Feather Dance (Strange Show)= stat changes doubled Sing + Quiver Dance is illegal like above. Feather Dance doesn't seem to be much of a dance either.
Surf + Shock Wave/ Heat Wave/Sludge Wave = 100 BP, Guaranteed Paralyse/Burn/Badly Poison respectively. Wave refers to anything that oscillates. Only Sludge Wave counts here.

Names for the lulz and comments. Mostly good stuff, though. Speaking of stuff, some combos of my own:
  • Tail Glow + Flash (Bulb Flare) - Accuracy drop increased to -6.
  • Sweet Scent + Aromatherapy (Floral Aroma) - Lowers the foe's Attack and Sp. Attack one stage as well.
  • Cosmic Power + Wish (Shooting Star) - The Wish restores all HP. It would cure status as well, but I don't want to break Clefable.
  • Mind Reader + Hypnosis (Unconscious) - Sleep is guaranteed to last for three turns and Mind Reader lasts for the duration as well.
  • Electric Terrain + Magnetic Flux (Electromag Field) - Electric Terrain is reset; all Electric-types are granted Magnet Rise and everyone else who is eligible is paralyzed for the duration as well. This effect works on non-grounded foes as well.

Trump Card + Final Gambit = Checkmate - Both Pokemon die.
