If you had used STABmons as a challenge option it would've done a check for legal sets for you, and you'd know that unreleased moves by default are banned by all tiers. Highlighting unfixable for more info. (you'll see this anyway so idk why I bother)

Won. Gg. Rain is still pretty fun even without Thousand Arrows or Steam Eruption. And Zangoose is also fun as fuck, especially without the usual normal-type wallers. (Or Tomb) It only got better priority, but it is a bigger improvement from Quick Attack.
