Converting my 6 VC into CC; this brings me to 10 CC from 4.
Also spending 10 UC to teach my Conkeldurr XY TMs Rock Tomb and Sleep Talk and gen 5 tutors Ice Punch and Helping Hand. This brings it from 28 to 32 moves, and me from 42 to 32 UC.
Tortferngatr 1 CC (10->11 CC)
Sigilyph: 4 MC, 1 KOC
Sigilyph will put her KOC into her MC. Buying levelup move Sky Attack and XY TM moves Sleep Talk and Rain Dance. This brings Sigilyph to 52 moves from 49.
As of the new raid patch, I gain 60 CC and lose my 60 VC. This puts me at 141 CC.
Next, I have victories over Shrine of the Old Gods - Halls of Ages (Hard) and Shrine of the Old Gods - Heart of Madness (Hard). +80 CC for the combined duo, for 221 CC Total.
A lack of concentration from here nets me:

I'll also post here for completeness sake to convert my 67 Valour Counters into Currency Counters in accordance with zarator's new Raid patch. This gives me a total of 133 CC. Wow, now to to work out how to spend it all.

Mowtom first found Joy as an Egg left in a Pokemon Center by an unknown person. He took the Egg with him at the nurse's insistence. When she hatched, Joy was given that name for two reasons: to honor the nurse who gave Mowtom the Egg, and because she is always overflowing with, well, joy.

Bump II is a descendant of a well-known Swalot from the Kanto region. When Mowtom visited there, a strange Kabutops that was part Steel offered Bump II to Mowtom as a companion. Mowtom, always happy to gain a new team member, gratefully accepted, and was never disappointed with his choice.

Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic status. Absorb Toxic Spikes on switch-in unless Flying-typed or using the ability Levitate. -- Accuracy when using Toxic, Poison Gas, or Poison Powder, hitting even during Dig, Fly, etc. Ignore Fog's accuracy reduction. Store Command.
