Jolly Nature

That's the "standard" offensive Vullaby. Its Brave Bird is really lethal, otherwise Timburr is not able to defeat Vullaby, despite its priority and Knock Off.

196 Atk Timburr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 116 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Vullaby: 3-4 (12 - 16%) -- possible 7HKO

156 Atk Vullaby Brave Bird vs. 76 HP / 76+ Def Eviolite Timburr: 18-24 (72 - 96%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
196 Atk Timburr Drain Punch vs. 116 HP / 0 Def Vullaby: 10-13 (40 - 52%) -- 9% chance to 2HKO
196 Atk Timburr Mach Punch vs. 116 HP / 0 Def Vullaby: 6-7 (24 - 28%) -- 22.8% chance to 4HKO

Ekans @ Eviolite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 5
EVs: 236 HP / 168 Def / 36 SpA / 12 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Acid Spray
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

Ekans switches into Timburr, Intimidate bringing giving it -1 Attack. Knock Off then is a 4-5HKO allowing Acid Spray and Giga Drain to kill Timburr. RestTalk allows Ekans to beat Timburr and stay healthy enough throughout the match to switch in. Not being able to break the Rest cycle sucks for Timburr.

-1 196 Atk Timburr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 236 HP / 168+ Def Eviolite Ekans: 5-6 (21.7 - 26%) -- 22.8% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock

Koffing (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
Level: 5
EVs: 196 HP / 160 Def / 76 SpD / 76 Spe
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt/Flamethrower
- Pain Split

Koffing can switch into timburr easily. 76 speed evs lets koffing get 11 speed, always out speeding this timburr by 1 point. Knock off doesn't do very much at all, while sludge bomb does decent enough damage. Pain split will keep it healthy. bonus points for being the mascot of smogon

Calcs:
196 Atk Timburr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 36 HP / 236+ Def Eviolite Koffing: 5-6 (23.8 - 28.5%) -- 22.8% chance to 4HKO
0 SpA Koffing Sludge Bomb vs. 76 HP / 156 SpD Eviolite Timburr: 7-9 (28 - 36%) -- 1.1% chance to 3HKO

Grimer @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sticky Hold
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 116 Def / 36 SpD / 156 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Shadow Sneak
- Fire Punch
- Thief
This Grimer set works in all the scenarios when you switch into Timburr. Sticky hold, Grimer's ability, will also let Grimer's berry juice stay intact and negate the knock off bonus power when the user knocks off an item. Its fighting type moves can't do much to Grimer and poison jab won't do much too. Gunk shot, Grimer's most powerful STAB, will have a 90.2% to 2HKO, but that's why you have shadow sneak as priority so you can finish up Timburr. The speed-creeping in this Grimer set is also important since Grimer doesn't have to worry about Timburr outspeeding it and KOing Grimer.

Oh yeah, thief is a fun move to use to steal your opponent's item after you use your berry juice.

Another cool thing is if you 2HKO Timburr, Grimer basically acts like Timburr didn't even attack it since Timburr triggers Grimer's berry juice before the turn you outspeed Timburr and KO it.
196 Atk Timburr Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 6-8 (25 - 33.3%) -- 59.1% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

Then go for Gunk Shot:

196+ Atk Grimer Gunk Shot vs. 76 HP / 76+ Def Eviolite Timburr: 12-15 (48 - 60%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO

If you poison Timburr, don't worry knock off will still not KO Grimer and then set your berry juice.

196 Atk Guts Timburr Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 10-12 (41.6 - 50%) -- 80.9% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Finally you go for gunk shot and let it KO or let the poison kill it.

Additional Calcs:
196 Atk Timburr Drain Punch vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 5-6 (20.8 - 25%) -- 99.6% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock
196 Atk Timburr Mach Punch vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 3-4 (12.5 - 16.6%) -- possible 6HKO after Stealth Rock
196 Atk Timburr Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 4-5 (16.6 - 20.8%) -- possible 5HKO after Stealth Rock

Grimer @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sticky Hold
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 116 Def / 36 SpD / 156 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Shadow Sneak
- Fire Punch
- Thief
This Grimer set works in all the scenarios when you switch into Timburr, such as when Timburr is bulking up or going straight for the knock off. Sticky hold, Grimer's ability, will also let Grimer's berry juice stay intact and negate the knock off bonus power when the user knocks off an item. Its fighting type moves can't do much to Grimer and poison jab won't do much too. Oh yeah, thief is a fun move to use to steal your opponent's item after you use your berry juice.

Scenario 1 - Timburr Going Straight For Knock Off
196 Atk Timburr Knock Off vs.

Scenario 2 - Timburr Goes For Bulk Up On The Switch
+1 196 Atk Timburr Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 10-12 (41.6 - 50%) -- 80.9% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Berry Juice will then do its job and heal Grimer after this knock off.

196+ Atk Grimer Gunk Shot vs. 76 HP / 76+ Def Eviolite Timburr: 12-15 (48 - 60%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO

If Timburr gets poisoned:

+1 196 Atk Guts Timburr Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 116 Def Grimer: 13-16 (54.1 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

You can still take it and let gunk shot KO or let poison take it down.
if timburr goes for bulk up twice, I think it wins
also, you forgot the +1 def in the gunk shot calcs in the second scenario

Except that the topic set doesn't have Bulk Up. I could've put it too but to make stuff easier and make some Pokémon work as counters I decided to not slash it.
