All you can do is Clear Smog them if they set up on you... or burn them. 50/105/120 is respectable defenses, but beware the slowness, which is slower than ANYTHING except Shuckle... and Munchlax but seriously, dude... Munchlax?! You are so slow that without trick room, you're nearly setup bait. You have 4MSS out the ass with Smash, 2 STABs, Clear Smog, WoW, Stealth Rocks and probably most interesting of all: recover)
