UU has been official for quite some time and saw many former OU titans, such as, Hydreigon, Jirachi and Starmie falling into it due to the power creep that came with generation 6. It also brought new Pokemon like Florges as well as Mega Evolution for some older ones giving them a new lease of life. This tournament will see what the best strategies (and players) are in the current UU tier. This tournament will follow standard UU rules and clauses. Players will compete in a best out of three to advance to the next round.
- Single Elimination Best of three Tournament
- Standard tournament guidelines are in place.
- Battles are to be played on Pokemon Showdown. Battles may be played on Pokemon Online if both parties agree beforehand.
- All battles must be conducted in a 6v6 UU format.

- Tier changes will take effect in the subsequent round.
- If a pokemon is currently being tested, it won't be allowed, just like the UU Open.
