Um... why? Play Rough is only slightly weaker.
I'm not Khaelis, but I'd assume because the fact that the SubPunch set is a major part of the reason Mega Maw was banned in the first place, due to it fucking up it's regular "counters" liek Heatran. You wouldn't see it online mucch because Focus Punch was a gen IV TM move, but now that it is accessible again, the set may be more common Battle Spot now.

I've always managed to counter Mega Mawile with my defensive Arcanine, but yeah what you say is also true about it.

I've just had problems dealing with SubPunch sets normally. XD

I guess this for the demo, GF cannot be enough stupid to put Dark Pulse and Sleep Talk in both, TM and Tutor.

back when i first saw the listings of Steven & Wallace next to each other at the end of hte list was a Double Battle like in Platinum with Volkner & Flint, but these are full teams so...maybe just a back-to-back?
It's weird because none of them have the Champion title, and yet they have their RSE Champion teams.

But even then, only Steven has a rematch team. So...
