Yo you all know must know me by now, but if not, I'm gold, my name is obnoxious to me and others, and I'm probably high mid tier at battling bah this makes me come off as a douchebag ignore it. Anyway I'm signing up as a free agent so contact me if you're interested.

Anyone interested in working with me? I have a pile of UC I'm willing to spend to get a Pokémon of mine up to fighting strength, if needed.

And geodude is now the 32nd person to have signed up for the tournament! Good job ASB, its nice to see such a good tournament turnout! Now, for four orders of business.
1) If you missed those beautiful first 32 spots, don't panic! You can still sign up, as due to the DQ rules it is unfortunately likely that some people (such as myself) will have to be swapped out, and people who didn't get in will be chosen to replace them. Also, even before the tournament starts, anyone who forms a team will get into the tournament - it is the first 16 teams to signup, not the first 32 people! Go ahead and find yourself an ASBuddy if you want in, even if you haven't signed up yet.
2) Everyone who has signed up, make sure to have your final registration posts by Sunday at noon Colorado time. Stop being a pansy and show your teams.
3) Teams who are together and/or interested spectators, come over to #ircasb for some sparring. Its a little clunky, but basically we will be playing asb over irc (for no counters or battle slots), just to get used to working with your partner and their Pokemon. Stop by, it'll be bundles of fun and good practice for the tournament!
4) I need refs! Post here if you want to ref a round 1 match, avnomke and I will hand-select you. Flavor will be required.
That is all, keep the signups coming if you want, and get down to business with your ASBuddy!
