- Coil is relatively self-explanatory, it's your main tool to enable a sweep. Boosting your defense, accuracy and attack allows you to hit hard and take a couple of hits.
- Gunk Shot is your high-powered STAB allowing you to damage most opposing Pokemon hard after one boost.
- Earthquake is your coverage allowing you to hit steels that are immune to your stab, hits other poison types for se and allows you to have neutral coverage against pure ground types of which there are few in PU.
- Sucker Punch is your priority and main way around offensive Haunter and allows you to pick off weakened Pokemon without having to take any damage yourself.
