Black Sabbath - War Pigs
It'd be a massive oversight to put together a playlist of top-tier metal without a song from the band that basically invented the genre. (Fun fact: "War Pigs" is actually a revised version of a song called "Walpurgis" used on one of Black Sabbath's early demo tapes, with the lyrics changed from being based around witchcraft to reflect the crew's anger over the Vietnam War.)

Picking just one was difficult, but this is the one that's been stuck in my head for the past little while, so here it is.
