How interesting is a shiny nicknameable Starly in a Dream Ball with Keen Eye and IVs 31/31/30/31/31/31, Jolly nature? I'm not sure about Keen Eye/Intimidate instead of Reckless.
I'd say it's still worth using. Intimidate is still a good ability, and it could be used as a cool double-intimidate VoltTurn core with Manectric-M imo.

Staraptor has a niche in doubles as an intimidator / suicide lead. Base 85 HP stat + base 100 speed stat + choice scarf + final gambit means it can take out a lot of 'mons with full HP investment. :)
