I think I have everything needed for breeding/training Pokémon in the OP. I'm considering adding locations for all the special Pokéballs. Would that be useful?
Yah, I think you should add the special pokeballs because lots of people have value in their pokemons pokeball and its a part of breeding.

Also, just noticed you put Ice Punch as a tutor move, I think that means GF was not lying about Blaziken

I think you should add the locations of the daycares and should specify that the Battle Resort one is only available after Delta Episode

Maybe you should add QR codes for the Blissey super secret bases
and I know a lot of people that have trouble finding the Vs. Recorder, while it's not necessary for Breeding or Training it's still necessary for competitive play, you should add that you can find it in the Battle Institute on the right side of Mauville.

Actually, Ice Punch Blaziken was a mistake on the part of the Japanese Pokémon site, for which they apologized. Ice Punch is definitely a move available to tutor to other Pokémon, though, as Stellar has listed.

On topic, I second including, or at least linking to another thread with, a list of Blissey Base QR codes.

Ohhh

Anyways, I think that putting QR codes for Blissey Super Secret Bases is a really good idea, you can find a lot at the SSS thread. Maybe, if its not too much work, you could add the egg groups and pokemon in those egg groups? Cause this and the lcation of the daycare and the Blissey SSS are all related to Breeding and Training

I dunno about a list of Egg Groups and their contents. This is supposed to be a Quickstart Guide, so I think such a large and exhaustive database is best left to Serebii and Bulbapedia. It's not like Egg Groups have changed between XY and ORAS. They don't need to be noted like the locations of essential items and such do.

Did they remove the trick where walking up on the slope that requires Mach Bike counts as a step? I remember abusing this tremendously in RSE and was hoping it would return.

For a "quick start", it's perfectly complete. If any expansions are to be made, I suggest you start with listing locations of TMs and battle items (such as Life Orb).

EDIT: It wouldn't hurt to know where the Move Deleter and Move Relearner are, as well as any special Move Tutors (beyond the ones already mentioned).

I just reformatted everything so things are easier to locate. I also added move relearner, deleter, and tutor locations as requested.

I put EV horde locations at the top because it will be frequently referenced.

Useful thread, thank you for posting it.

Perhaps you could have a quick link to this thread for people who are new to breeding and do not quite know the mechanics of it?

What are hatch locations? Does hatching a pokemon at a certain location benifit them in any way?

Edit: and do the blissey codes require internet connection or can I use them offline?

Blissey codes are the QR codes you can use to find other people's Secret Bases and they have nothing but Blissey for easy EXP grinding. We need to do this for say Battle items like Life Orb, Choice Band, etc. Make it so that people don't have to grind away at the Battle Maison.

You probably should note that the secret meadow Blissey bases are triple battles for efficiency. Although they all hold toxic orb, some people want to make the battles go faster and should therefore prepare a strong physical pokemon.

How does grinding with Blissey help you get battle items? As far as I know, they're only at the Maison, which sets your levels to 50, bar Life Orbs which Absol can be found with.

Quick question, Do the breeding mechanics still remain the same with destiny knot?

I've been breeding this skrelp for awhile now and despite having a 5IV skrelp with a 6IV ditto in the day-care that I got off x/y, I still got some 3 and 2 IVs hatching ocassionally..

Just my luck or something is different?
