Shoal Cave Tides are random. They change everyday as far as I'm concerned. Making some areas inaccessible and some areas accessible on certain days.

I wouldn't say random, Bulbapedia has the times for shoal cave in RSE and from what I've seen they remain to be the same times

Yes. It is ever so slightly weaker than LO Latios, but the added bulk helps significantly.

Yeah, people would trade for it since it'll be unique and different, and also for collectors, if you even manage to get a Naive or Hasty, for a mixed variant, that'll be cool. So yeah, they do have trade value

Mixed DD Latios would (probably) prefer to be naive/hasty as to utilize Draco Meteor to nuke physically bulky Pokémon that attempt to wall it.

Jolly and adamant would be the same as modest and timid. Do you want the speed or the power?
