Toss. Not only is the spdef too low, but since you are using a net ball it makes it way easier to catch. Also only got the guarenteed 3 perfect ivs.

If I, (dare I say it) wanted to use Zoroark, wha would be the best partner for it to copy to make best use of its ability? I'm thinking Gengar, as they share a similar move pool as not to give anything away and his immunity to psychic type attacks.

I say Magikarp just for the lol factor. You'd be certain to make a 'splash' in your battles :)

Feebas is better; at least it can "try" to kill something with Focus Sash/Mirror Coat.
