Do I even need to explain?

Banned deucer.
the problem is that stall gets a ridiculous catch all on both sides of the spectrum; and with some specific counters to certain mons, you can make a ridiculous stall team.
Adrian Marin quick!

Also, I'm not banning anything until this is playable somewhere and I see enough evidence to prove that Mew/Aggronite is over-centralizing.

Smeargle with Dragon Ascent.

Technically, "Smeargle + Mega Stone" is banned, but this is technically not a Mega Stone. And if it can Mega Evolve off of that, then you get an absolute horror.

55/180/100/180/100/115

Oh dear god, why did Dragon Ascent have to be Sketchable?

Eh, that HP isn't doing it any favors tbh, especially if it uses Dragon Ascent. And xJownage is right--no Ubers in this meta. I think that part got cut when I updated the OP, so I'll fix it.

after seeing some sets i think pokemon get moves of pokemon there megaing into

Zapdos --> mega pidgeot

zap cannon
hurricane
heat wave
roost

bad accaucy moves turn amazing when no guard appears, seriously, zap cannon+hurricane

Zapdos doesn't get Hurricane unfortnately. Or any special Flying move for that matter apart from Air Cutter.

read the top of my comment, pidgeot gets hurricane
Only the moves of the base forme transfer over. Zapdos can't learn Hurricane, so when you try to add it in the teambuilder, you will get an incompatibility error when you try to battle. I hope that clears it up!

thanks for clearing that up i was thinking of some good stuff

Got some sets here, sorry if they've been posted before.

Infernape @ Beedrillite
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Gunk Shot
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat

Pretty simple set. Infernape allows beedrill to keep u-turn, as well as giving it a stronger poison move in gunk shot. It also solves beedrill's main issue, the fact that it gets walled by quite a lot thanks to its stab moves having pitiful coverage along with a terrible movepool. Flare Blitz and close combat allow it to kill things like skarmory, gliscor, heatran, ferrothorn, rhyperior, etc.

Archeops @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Defeatist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Head Smash
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Taunt/Aqua Tail

Aerodactyl looks fucking amazing with head smash and brave bird. Suddenly it gains the powerful moves it needed to be a top tier threat in ou, and honestly it is so strong it doesnt even need any coverage moves. The only thing I can think of that doesnt get 2hkod by either head smash or brave bird is rhyperior. Taunt and roost give it utility and a way to recover off the recoil on things like skarmory Look at these calcs:
252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 208-246 (62.2 - 73.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 88+ Def Ferrothorn: 198-234 (56.2 - 66.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl Head Smash vs. 172 HP / 0 Def Magnezone: 162-192 (50 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Excadrill: 221-261 (61.2 - 72.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Aerodactyl Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Slowbro: 172-204 (43.6 - 51.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
(Added the 180 defense into the calculator)

Gyarados@ Sharpedonite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Waterfall
- Bounce

This is Mega Gyarados with a twist. Now it mega evolves into mega sharpedo, a pokemon with the same typing, but an almost 50% stronger crunch. If you don't resist crunch, you are going to die once this is setup. DD, waterfall, and crunch are manditory, but the last move can be taunt or sub if you want. I chose bounce to hit keldeo and conkeldurr for more damage, but you could use another move in that slot. If you don't like gyarados, you can use tyranitar or charizard, who also learn crunch and dragon dance.

Mew @ Sceptilite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain/Substitute
- Dragon Pulse/Substitute
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot

Damn I like this set. Mega Sceptile already streamrolls many offensive teams, and access to nasty plot allows it to boost past many of its would-be counters. I gave it focus blast over aura sphere because it misses out on several kills, such as an 0HKO on heatran and ferrothorn, a 2HKO on jirachi and chansey, etc.

Mew @ Abomasite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Earth Power

And finally, a good trick room sweeper in Mega Abomasnow. It can set up its own trick room and then proceed to destroy things with blizzard. It can hit waters and ice types with giga drain, as well as hitting steels and grounded fires with earth power. Honestly not that great as it only gets 4 turns to sweep, but looks kinda cool.

If Smeargle is banned, I think Mew should be as well. It's the next best 'centralizing' mon in the meta. It gets Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp and all TMs. If that's not centralizing, I don't know what else is.

Things it could break:

- Nasty Plot Alakazam-Mega with Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot Blastoise-Mega
- Swords Dance Diancie-Mega
- Nasty Plot Gardevoir-Mega
- Swords Dance Gyarados-Mega
- Swords Dance Medicham-Mega
- Nasty Plot Sceptile-Mega with Aura Sphere
- Will-O-Wisp/Recover Slowbro-Mega
- Will-O-Wisp/Recover Steelix-Mega
- Will-O-Wisp/Recover Aggron-Mega
- Will-O-Wisp/Recover Venusaur-Mega
- Will-O-Wisp/Recover Tyranitar-Mega

Archops doesn't get BB.

Mew gets aura sphere.

Oh, I don't know why I thought Archeops gets BB. I guess you could run this:

Aggron @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Smash
- Aqua Tail
- Fire Punch
- Aerial Ace

Chatot @ Gadevoirite

Reuniclus @ Sablenite
Ability: Magic Guard -> Magic Bounce
Nature: Relaxed / Bold
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
- Shadow Ball
- Knock Off / Focus Blast
- Calm Mind
- Recover

Maximum bulk Sableye. Magic Guard means Reuniclus can come in without taking hazard damage, and after MEvo it just bounces those moves back. 110 / 125 / 115 Defs are no joke, and after a Calm Mind boost this thing is tough to take down. Knock Off if you want to disrupt other Megas, Focus Blast for the unresisted coverage.

Obviously Mew has a better movepool, but 20 less HP and eats hazards on the switchin. Reuniclus has enough benefits and fewer options as a donor. This one is pretty basic, but the stats / movepool fit.

Edit: Another fairly basic one.

Hydreigon @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Levitate -> Tough Claws
Nature: Jolly
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
- Head Smash
- Superpower
- U-turn
- Roost

Similar to the Archeops posted earlier in the thread. The difference here is Hydreigon has higher Base HP than Aero, making Head Smash more viable. It also takes neutral damage from SR unlike Archeops, and avoids Spikes / Toxic Spikes. This is definitely a hit and run set, but both Head Smash and Superpower can obliterate targets in front of them, while U-turn gets you back out and Roost can restore HP lost from Head Smash.

Edit: Sure why not one more take on Pidgeot

Whimsicott @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Prankster -> No Guard
Nature: Timid
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
- Hurricane
- Grass Whistle
- Giga Drain / Substitute
- Moonblast / Leech Seed / Substitute

Mega Pidgeot gets a 100% Sleep move and either a decent coverage option with its STAB or a draining move. You can go super annoying and add SubSeed to one of the faster Pokemon around. Unfortunately Whimsicott is less bulky than Pidgeot normally - a significant downside, but the tradeoff can be quite aggravating with Pidgeot incapacitating any counters. Not only that, if you're running SubSeed, you can keep it going with Prankster before Mega-Evolving and giving your opponent a real shock.

Meet a set I came up with for Mega bunny. Basically, the bunny becomes a highly offensive fast pivot. good luck attempting to take it down. Or it can run an offensive sweeper set with SD using its now decent bulk.
