Well it seems fine for a scarf heatran according to the smogon dex. Otherwise you might want to aim for flawless HP.

Assuming you don't know which sets they are running. But this person i know is running Quiet Weakness Policy.
I can only think of mandibuzz , and lando-t wall the Patking variants

Bisharp is the best check, if they aren't running Sacred Sword. Chesnaught is also good, as it's immune to Shadow Ball and can take Sacred Sword/Shadow Sneaks. Otherwise, there really isn't anything.

Edit: Mega Charizard-Y is also good check.
