If Blasure uses Knock Off, and Blasure is not asleep, Then use Skill Swap(Levitate <-> Huge Power) and push actions back. [Only Once]
If Blasure uses Substitute, and Blasure is not asleep, Then use Hypnosis that action and replace all instances of Hypnosis with Charge Beam. [Only Once]

Uh, error detected... Marill outspeeds, and bounce is a Damaging/evasive move, meaning that none of dratini's attacks should have hit.

Also, wrap utilizes the tail / body of dratini, so when it uses iron tail, it would have released wrap, even if it had hit.

Edit: your round values are also incorrect. as dratini's HP / EN have not changed from last round. you should double check them.
