Yes Buckert, I have Zari's Lugia and Zapdos on Platinum, and they know Defog, but can't be palparked with out trading them to Soul Silver, where Defog is no longer a HM. I lent my Soul Silver to ooh_shiny so she could RNG abuse it because I wasn't having any luck, but I think she's still busy with it.

After looking at it for a while, I decided to catch my own, as after two days of resetting Zekrom and Reshiram with out even catching a single one, I was starting to loose my mind, so I thought a simple reset project like Landorus would be nice. Considering it's + Speed nature, all I had to do was HP test and speed test for flawless IVs, and the speed test revealed the nature too. So I got this in less than 48 hours.
