I would say hack, but only because of the level. GAMESTP Jirachi was obtainable at level 5, not level 10. Everything else checks out though...are you sure it was a fateful encounter at level 10?

Can anyone tell me how its possibile that people post hacked pokemons on GTS? Today I have received totally hacked Gourdon ... underleveled and without KB icon. Also we can find many hacked pokemons without pentagram ... shiny paklia lvl 1 jeez. Normaly It should say that Its a special pokemon and you cant trade it or something.

It appears to be one of Bond697's old RNGs, whether or not it was originally in a Premier ball or not, I don't know as his stuff on PokeCheck was hacked to bits quite often by other users.

It's because Nintendo's/Gamefreak's Hack-Checks are pathetic. That Groudon you saw is hacked but it is legally possible to have a level 1 shiny Palkia with the in-game HeartGold/SoulSilver Sinjoh Ruins event as ShinyespeonPvP said.

So you're not really sure that Terrakion hack or not?
Then best to left it in the PC Box then. Not discard it but not using it neither

Well, if you're just using it for the Battle Maison there's no harm in that.
If someone can confirm if Bond's Terrakion WAS originally in a Premier Ball that would be great.

you can't catch gen 6 pokemon in apricorn balls (which moon ball happens to be), so no it's not legit.
