The only real situations that gives problems to Chesnaught, happen when he takes a Play Rough (and the underrated Fire Blast) in the switch, specially considering the fact of Chesnaught doesn't have a reliable form of recovery, and it can't depend of Leech Seed because of Magic Bounce. So he can't switch in too many times into Mega Absol, along with the Knock Off + residual damage from Stealth Rock in the progress of the match.
He does have Synthesis, y'know. And it's been a solid move on it for quite some time, probably usable over Leech Seed.

+1 252 Atk Mega Absol Play Rough vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Granbull: 141-167 (36.7 - 43.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

0 Atk Granbull Play Rough vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Absol: 342-404 (126.1 - 149%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Granbull is at 100% lets assume. You switch in with SR lets assume against you. What does Absol do in the free turn? Lets only look at the best moves, SD and Play Rough and Knock Off (item removal).

If they use Swords Dance you will be at 93% against a +1 Mega Absol. At most they can use Play Rough to get 43.4% damage after Leftovers you are at 57% about but you also OHKO Mega Absol. GG

If they use Knock Off and then Play Rough you get no Leftovers but you only take at most (15.6+19.5+12.5) so you are at a 54% health and you still OHKO Mega Absol.

If they use Play Rough twice you take (12.5+19.5+19.5) but you get two Leftovers to negate SR so you are sitting at about 61% with Leftovers still and a dead Mega Absol

Barring extreme misses and crits which I would guess happen less than 10% time total considering Mega Absol can miss too, you are going to win ^_^.

Chesnaught as a check.

Chesnaught @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 248 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Spiky Shield
- Spikes
- Wood Hammer / Hammer Arm

Combining his good bulk and typing, Chesnaught does not only tanks Mega Absol's main STABs and coverage pretty well, as it can scare Mega Absol easily, since Chesnaught both STABs hits Absol with a great power.

However, if Mega Absol decides to forgo Play Rough, Chesnaught represents a hard stop against Absol, taking only ~50%~ from Superpower at +2, and giving a 2HKO / OHKO against Absol easily, with Wood Hammer / Hammer Arm, respectively.

Defensive Calcs:

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Def
-Moonblast
-Diamond Storm
-Earth Power
-Stealth Rock

Diancie completely stops Mega Absol in its tracks. Provided Absol isn't already at +2, she can switch in on anything, tank another hit, and cleanly OHKO with Moonblast, even if Diancie is not running any EVs at all. A Relaxed nature is used to boost Diancie's resilience to Mega Absol while still allowing her to run mixed for the purpose of hitting other things (since, let's face it, non-Mega Diancie is not going to outspeed anything anyway with base 50 Speed).

Again, Diancie has to switch in on Absol on the turn it comes out so that she won't have to switch into a +2 attack. Even with maximum Defense, +2 Superpower still 2HKOs; however if Absol has not set up a Swords Dance (for example the first turn it is sent out), Diancie counters.

252 Atk Mega Absol Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4+ Def Diancie: 56-66 (18.4 - 21.7%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery

Man I'm losing steam...

Ok before going through with the winners of this past (2) week's challenge, I'm removing the whole "DO NOT CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION" junk. It's not that serious, and I kinda did it because Bouff messed stuff up during the early weeks, and I figure maintaining it would keep things orderly but sometimes honest mistakes were made and I kinda came down on them anyway. So apologies for that. Just like...don't go changing your reservation repeatedly just to abuse this rule. Like if you say you're gonna reserve something, you realize it sucks, and want to reserve something else, aight cool. Just don't overdo it and repeatedly change it, cause that can hinder some other people, especially if you edit your post saying you want this just moments before someone else claimed that thing.

Anyway, top 3 checks/counters to Mega Absol have been chosen (in no specific order):

Top 3 Counters:

Aromatisse - Meowiekins
Quagsire - Hikari
Granbull - hilarious

Top 3 Checks:

Mega Aggron - KaiseraAeros

Chesnaught - Century Express

OP will be updated accordingly.

Next week's Victim is the Breakfast of Champions:

0 SpA Celebi Giga Drain vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Swampert: 304-360 (88.8 - 105.2%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

Pretty much standard physically defensive Celebi. Only thing Mega Swampert can do to Celebi is Ice Punch, which fails to 2HKO. Giga Drain doesn't OHKO most of the time, but it heals 151~ HP minimum while Ice Punch does 171~ HP max, so factoring Leftovers Celebi recovers all the HP lost.

The EVs allow Celebi to outspeed Adamant Mega Swampert, which decreases the chances of losing to crit or freeze. The bulk lost is practically nonexistent: 252+ Atk Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Celebi: 146-172 (36.1 - 42.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery. A whooping .5% damage difference, a sacrifice I'm willing to make to have a 0% chance of losing to a crit, and being able to wall (Adamant) Swampert even if there's 3 layers of Spikes + SR in my field.

Just generic crocune. Suicune switches in on any attack easily, with eq being a 3hko after rocks. Despite it being a 3hko after rocks, when suicune is already in it's a 4hko, allowing you to easily spam rest and sleep talk untill you get enough boosts and/or a nice burn. Also, suicune tends to just force swampert out anyway, because they greatly fear burns, giving you nice free setup!

Calcs:
252+ Atk Mega Swampert Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Suicune: 130-154 (32.1 - 38.1%) -- 96% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

4 Atk Chesnaught Seed Bomb vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Swampert: 336-400 (98.2 - 116.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

252+ Atk Swampert Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Chesnaught in Rain: 76-90 (20 - 23.6%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Chesnaught: 126-150 (33.1 - 39.4%) -- 19.3% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Chesnaught: 126-150 (33.1 - 39.4%) -- 80.7% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Chesnaught just completely ruins M-Swampert's day. Rain Dance on the switch does nothing to help it, and even if it predicts the switch and Ice Punches, it still has a chance to 3HKO, while Chesnaught essentially ensures a OHKO with any hazards on the field. Spiky Shield can also stall out rain, or Drain Punch for better match-ups elsewhere. Synthesis so that you can consistently switch in, though Leech Seed performs better overall in a Rain team match-up. Really standard physically defensive Chesnaught, not much to say really.

Do note that this is best possible scenario as well for M-Swampert, with it running Ice Punch and Adamant nature. Any other variant allowed this week would probably prefer to commit seppuku rather than face Chesnaught.

Azelf @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Psyshock / Psychic

Azelf's frail defenses don't fare well against most of Swampert's attacks, but it can come in for free on a predicted Earthquake. With a Choice Scarf, Azelf hits 541 speed, outspeeding Jolly Mega Swampert's 524 speed in the rain. 4x super effective Energy Ball will always OHKO offensive Mega Swampert.

252 SpA Azelf Energy Ball vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Swampert: 356-420 (104 - 122.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Swampert Ice Punch vs. 8 HP / 0 Def Mega Abomasnow: 96-114 (29.7 - 35.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

^ the calc doesn't show Mega Swampert so I changed the calc values on regular Swampert assuming 252+ attack.

Abomasnow pretty much doesn't care about Swampert as hail nullifies rain thus not only acting as a counter to Mega Swampert but also to rain teams that usually use Mega Swampert. It OHKOes in return with Giga Drain easily. Keep in mind that this is uninvested Mega Abomasnow, more HP EVs can be run if you wish.

EDIT-Sorry, didn't notice Superpower or Stone Edge listed as options. This makes Mega Abomasnow a check, although it completely walls the Ice Punch variant and messes with rain in general.

Relevant calcs for the same:

252+ Atk Swampert Superpower vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Abomasnow: 306-362 (79.6 - 94.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

0 SpA Tangrowth Leaf Storm vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Swampert: 564-664 (164.9 - 194.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Well, Tangrowth doesn't have too many options to consider when building a team in UU, but he can have a solid niche pivoting some Physical Attackers, countering Mega Swamp + helping against Rain Offense matchups. Against Mega Swampert in special, Tangrowth is a hard stop againt him, ignoring hax events or gimmick sets. Resisting completely against his both form of STABs, while only taking 35%~ from Ice Punch, Tangrowth walls Swampert easily, even against Power-Up-Punch variants. And not only that, Regenerator + access to recovery in Leech Seed or Synthesis ensures that he'll switch-in multiple times against Mega Swampert.

Whimsicott as a check.

Whimsicott @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA

- Taunt

Defensive Calcs
252+ Atk Mega Swampert Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Whimsicott: 63-75 (19.4 - 23.1%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

And for Giga Drain,
4 SpA Whimsicott Giga Drain vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Swampert: 244-292 (71.3 - 85.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

A regular support Whimsicott can be a great check to stop Swampy's plan. U-turn is for scouting, and Memento is to shut down the opposing Poke's offenses and giving you a free switch-in. Tailwind is also an option, where right before cott dies, it can give a x2 speed boost to your other Pokes.
But the important part of the set is the other two moves, Giga Drain and Taunt. Cott can definitely take an Ice Punch and gets back a chunk of its health back with Giga Drain so it can live the next Ice Punch.
Taunt is the other important move in case the rain goes out and your opponent wants to go for Rain Dance again.

And I'm saying Whimsicott is a check, not a counter because the "69.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery" can be very crucial.
In fact, if there are Stealth Rocks on my side, it can be a guaranteed 2HKO, which makes harder for Whimsicott to manually switch-in.

252+ Atk Mega Swampert Superpower vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-C: 110-130 (36.1 - 42.7%) -- 95.7% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Rotom-C Leaf Storm vs. 100 HP / 0 SpD Mega Swampert: 540-636 (147.5 - 173.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Basically it can switch into an Ice Punch, potentially survive a 2HKO, and fuck Mega-Pert up.

Outside of beating Mega-Pert, Defensive Rotom-C also checks ScarfRachi and SD Celebi.

252+ Atk Mega Swampert Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Alomomola: 166-196 (31 - 36.7%) -- 69.3% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

So it will probably 3-4HKO you wish gives you plenty of time to Toxic stall Mega Swampert. Unlike every other counter you can constantly do this in the game because Regenerator heals of Earthquake almost perfectly. Also you don't care about Ice Punch freeze unlike every other counter because Scald thaws you. You can use more special defense from HP EVs to be better overall but obviously it isn't good for Mega Swampert specifically.

As a check, Physically Defensive Amoonguss

Amoonguss @ Black sludge

Ability: Regenerator
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis / Knock Off
- Sludge Bomb / Clear Smog

Defensive calcs against Adamant Swampert
252+ Atk Mega-Swampert Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss in Rain: 108-128 (25 - 29.6%) -- 86.3% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
252+ Atk Mega-Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 180-214 (41.6 - 49.5%) -- 22.3% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
252+ Atk Mega-Swampert Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 180-213 (41.6 - 49.3%) -- 20.7% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

Defensive calcs against Jolly Swampert
252 Atk Mega-Swampert Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss in Rain: 99-117 (22.9 - 27%) -- 0.3% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
252 Atk Mega-Swampert Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 164-194 (37.9 - 44.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
Earthquake is a guaranteed 3HKO too;

Offensive calcs
0 SpA Amoonguss Giga Drain vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega-Swampert: 264-312 (77.1 - 91,2 %) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Swampert only has roughly 1/5 odds to kill Amoonguss if he's Adamant with rocks up. Anyways, Amoonguss can always switch in a Rainboosted Waterfall and retaliate with GigaDrain.. either way, if the opponent happens to be extremely lucky, you can always switch out and regen hp up with the trait
A great answer.

Virizion as a check

Virizion @ Lum Berry
Ability: Justified
EVs: 32 HP / 224 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat

Unlike most Mega-Samp checks Virizion isn't passive, which allows it to fit more easily on offensive and balanced builds. It checks most bulky waters and has lum to recover once from a Scald burn. The EV's let's it always survive an Adamant Ice Punch after Stealth Rock. It also outspeeds even Jolly Mega-Sampert without rain.

252+ Atk Swampert Ice Punch vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 262-310 (79.1 - 93.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Swampert Waterfall vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 105-123 (31.7 - 37.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Swampert Earthquake vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 131-154 (39.5 - 46.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Swampert Superpower vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 209-247 (63.1 - 74.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

224 Atk Virizion Leaf Blade vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Swampert: 412-492 (120.4 - 143.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(btw these are obviously Mega-Swampert stats)

This week's Victim is fresh off the hype train, and Contrary to popular belief I think it's pretty manageable compared to a lot of the Pokemon covered in this thread. I present you the overripe banana in all its long-overdue glory:

Crobat @ Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 HP / 60 Atk / 200 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Defog

252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 57-68 (15.2 - 18.2%) -- possible 6HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Hidden Power Rock vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 146-172 (39.1 - 46.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Serperior Hidden Power Rock vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 112-132 (30 - 35.3%) -- 21.1% chance to 3HKO
252 SpA Meadow Plate Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 53-63 (14.2 - 16.8%) -- possible 6HKO
+2 252 SpA Serperior Hidden Power Rock vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 220-260 (58.9 - 69.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

60 Atk Crobat Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 266-314 (91.4 - 107.9%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

Fairly standard set. Max HP, enough Speed to beat Noivern (which obviously is more than enough to beat Serperior), and the rest in Attack.

Brave Bird OHKOes Serperior 100% of the times after Life Orb damage, which means that set will never be able to beat Crobat. It isn't a guarantee OHKO without the Life Orb recoil, but without that item, Hidden Power Rock doesn't do enough damage to 2HKO Crobat after Brave Bird recoil.

Serperior's best chance is Glare on the switch, Leaf Storm (without Life Orb, otherwise Crobat OHKOes) and then Hidden Power Rock. This gives Serperior a chance of really hurting Crobat if it gets a low roll with Brave Bird, however it won't be enough to break through Crobat.
