We are going to remove Smeargle's Studio

since we want to put it in the Participate section.

For the longest time, maybe even as long as long as these forums have existed, Smeargle's Studio has been found in the Socialize section. Because further back in time, this forum was more of a place to share one's interests and hobbies, but now, art is always in demand in various sections and this studio certainly plays a large part in satisfying that need. Therefore, we figured that the forum's current placement doesn't really make it any justice regarding the role it plays, and instead move it higher up the forum index.

Some of you may take these news with a shrug, others may feel that their forum integrity is turned upside-down, but we feel this is an appropriate change that for some reason has been overlooked quite some time. Either way, we wanted some transparency so that you forum regulars aren't left in the dark, so here we are. Expect the studio to move to its rightful place in a few days.
