You could also replace Adaptability with Tough Claws for a very, very slight damage reduction (1.995x instead of 2x) on STAB moves in exchange for a powerful boost to coverage moves.
Would you like to suggest a Tough Claws set?

EDIT: I know what you mean too, but I just want to see your perspective of things

Mega Hydregion
95/115/110/155/110/118

Hydreigon @ Mega stone
Ability: Mega Launcher
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive/Timid Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon/Iron Tail
- Superpower/Focus Blast/Fire Blast

Hydregion gets 105/155/118 offenses, along with a free specs boost to its stab moves. Its bulk is 95/110/110 on par with defensive monsters like mega venusaur. It also has amazing coverage moves such as superpower, focus blast and fire blast for steels and pink blobs, along with flash cannon or iron tail for fairies. It looks to be pretty damn good once the broken abilities and pokes leave. Edit: Shiny

Wow. Mega Ninjask. *Puts hands up*

Ninjask-Mega

New BST: 61/120/65/60/70/180

Ninjask @ Mega Stone
Abillity: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- X-Scissor
- Roost
- Return
- Swords Dance

Now with the fastest speed in the game, amazing new attack, and barely better defenses, Mega Ninjask can sweep entire teams. As it is capable of this without it's mega, It gets access to more flying moves due to Aerilate, which also boosts the power.

Also this

Mega Dragonite
91/164/115/110/120/100

Dragonite @ Mega Stone
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly/Hasty Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extremespeed
- Earthquake
- Roost/Fire Blast

I think I just broke the meta...
You thought Mega Salamence was OP? Lol

Dragalge.

Dragalge-Mega

New BST: 65/85/100/127/143/64

Dragalge @ Mega Stone
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 8 Def / 248 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast

Would you like to suggest a Tough Claws set?

EDIT: I know what you mean too, but I just want to see your perspective of things
X-Scissor and Superpower seem to be relevant coverage. X-Scissor leaves you resisted by Water/Fighting and Water/Fairy, while Superpower leaves you resisted by Water/Fairy and Grass/Fairy.

You could run a Technician Mega Crawdaunt with Aqua Jet, Aerial Ace, and Rock Tomb as your attacking moves. Its Aqua Jet hits even harder, and what it lacks in brute force on other moves it could possibly make up for with increased super-effective coverage and the ability to only be resisted by Water/Steel and Dragon/Steel. (Read: Empoleon and Dialga.)

Another lulzy thing you could do would be to have Serene Grace as your ability and spam Razor Shell and Rock Slide. After Serene Grace, Razor Shell nerfs the foe's Defence every time it hits, so there's not a lot that can stay in for long.

As for how to really break the meta in two:

Shiny Mega Victini: 100/110/120/130/120/120

Victini @ Mega Stone
Ability: Contrary
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest/Timid Nature
- V-create
- Overheat
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast

V-create is just there to boost your Defence and Speed every time it's used, and still does some damage even uninvested with a -Atk nature. Everything else is for maximum coverage and nuking power, especially with Overheat to act as a Nasty Plot after dealing damage.

Dragalge.

Dragalge-Mega

New BST: 65/85/100/127/143/64

Dragalge @ Mega Stone
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 8 Def / 248 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast
Dragalge be like "Protean or Sheer Force plz."

How about:

Dragalge @ Mega Stone
Ability: Sheer Force
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 8 Def / 248 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Draco Meteor / Thunderbolt
- Scald
- Focus Blast

Consider switching Draco for TBolt, which gets much better SE coverage on the whole, though it doesn't get STAB and it leaves your entire set walled by Giratina and Dragalge. Scald has 6 less base power than Hydro Pump, but has 100% accuracy and a lot more PP. Focus Blast is as inaccurate as ever but is now very, very powerful. Sludge Wave is the real star of this show, however, hitting 185 base power after Sheer Force and STAB (though it is still weaker than Adaptability). The benefit is more accurate yet still high-powered Water coverage, as well as powerful Electric coverage in Thunderbolt. You could also use a Protean set with the exact same moves as you had above, or use Contrary to abuse Draco Meteor.

Forgot about this.

Mega Camerupt 2 (because Mega Camerupt already exist) (shiny)
70/110/90/135/95/60

Camerupt @ Mega Stone
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam
- Flame Charge

Unlike the original Mega Camerupt, this thing has usable Speed and can be boosted with Flame Charge.

Charizard @ Mega Stone
Ability: No Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Inferno
- Focus Blast
- Air Slash
- Roost
78/94/98/139/105/120 stat spread is quite nice and makes 100% accurate Infernos hit hard. Its average Speed tier becomes above average for OU and it has perfect coverage with STABs plus Focus Blast.

Empoleon @ Mega Stone
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold/Relaxed Nature
- Defog
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Roar / Knock Off / Ice Beam / Flash Cannon
Empoleon has great hazard control with SR + Defog and Magic Bounce allows it to abuse that to its fullest as it reflects Taunts, hazards, Will-o-Wisps, Thunder Waves and more. With a stat spread of 84/96/108/141/121/80 it has a great combination of bulk and power and it isn't terribly slow either. Regenerator also seems really nice for the penguin.

Zapdos @ Mega Stone
Ability: No Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Sp.Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Zap cannon
- Heat Wave
- Volt Switch
- Roost
Zap cannon for paralysis and now heat wave no longer misses. Volt switch for...you know...switching.

So um, Kyu-B is gonna absolutley destroy this meta game

Kyurem-Black @ Mega stone
Jolly nature
Ability: Refrigerate
Eve: 4HP/252 attack/ 252 Speed
-return
-fusion bolt
-outrage/dragon claw
-filler

So with an insane stat spread of 125/200/120/130/110/115 its basically gonna fire off stupidly powerful fridge returns and dragon claws. Heck it probably doesn't need coverage, just powerhouse through everything with its base 200 attack and its STABs

I have a better set:

Kyurem-Black @ Mega Stone
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Iron Head
- Who Cares
- Whatever you want

gg entire game

Goodra @ Mega Stone

OOH another BETTER Salamence

95/165/120/100/120/120

Even tho Dragonite has Espeed, Salamence has more attack, speed, and HP

Salamence @ Mega Stone
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Return
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Dragon Claw

Mega Volcarona (shiny)
85/70/85/165/125/120

Volcarona @ Mega Stone
Ability: Simple
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Ground

Simple + Quiver Dance = Geomancy?

Mega Shuckle
20/30/250/20/250/25

Shuckle @ Mega Stone
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Infestation
- Rest
- Power Split

Untauntable Annoyance?
Put Atk and SpA IVs to 0 for Power Split

For Archeops, something like this...

Mega Archeops
75/170/85/122/85/130

Archeops @ Mega Stone
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly/Naive Nature
- Return
- Quick Attack
- Earthquake
- U-turn/Heat Wave

canno

formerly The Reptile
Some fun sets

60/75/80/160/95/130
Gengar @ Mega Stone
Ability: Levitate --> Sheer Force
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- filler (TBolt, Will-o, ect.)

Mega Gengar is back with some new toys. Sheer Force boosted Shadow Balls / Sludge Waves hurt like hell, and Sheer Force Focus Blast also packs a punch. Last slot can be anything, really. Maybe TBolt or Energy Ball for more Sheer Force goodness? Maybe Destiny Bond to take down people with you. Will-o is never a bad option either.

108/130/141/91/115/115
Zygarde @ Mega Stone
Ability: Aura Break --> Refrigerate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance / Coil
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Outrage / Return

Yay for awesome Ice coverage and strong priority all in one package! EQ + FridgeSpeed have great coverage, and let Zygarde do a lot of work. It can run a set-up set with Dragon Dance or Coil, and then wreck everything. Outrage is your secondary STAB while Return is for those things that can take a FridgESpeed but not a Return. What makes Zygarde deadly is that it's fast, bulky, and strong all in one package. Plus it gets a boosting move. Not bad Zygarde!

110/165/80/60/85/108
Excadrill @ Mega Stone
Ability: Mold Breaker --> Refrigerate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Return
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head / Stealth Rocks / Swords Dance

Finally getting some good speed, and some sick bulk, Excadrill is here to rek. Refrigerate not only grants the mole great coverage but also gives him FridgeSpin, which is unblockable 99% of the time. It also packs a disgusting 165 base attack to destroy with, and a decent enough 108 speed - the same speed as Terrakion and Keldeo. Last slot can either be Iron Head for fairies, Stealth Rocks for more team support or SD for some sick sweeping.

Guys, this isn't just for posting sets for me to include in my post. While it is appreciated, try to discuss what this metagame brings.

Well if we're talking about the implications of this meta, I'd say its a very offense based meta. With a nice +30 boost to either offense, many normally sub par Pokemon can really shine. This coupled by the fact that any ability can be chosen.

Tbh I'd really like to see how stall keeps up with the offensive nature. I'd suggest ading a decent boost to defenses as well so that all playstyles can really benefit from this

Well, with the existance of Fur Coat, it also helps Stall I think (I won't talk about bans yet).

Also

Salamence's original stats is 95/135/80/110/80/100, so the mega would be 95/165/100/120/100/120, not 95/165/120/100/120/120

Because it has 120 SpA, I would suggest something like this

Salamence @ Mega Stone
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Return/Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast/Draco Meteor

What this metagame brings? I would say "stupidly OP pokes." Even after abilities like Contrary, all -ate, Speed Boost, Protean, Simple are banned.

Why? Because of these things.
1. You are only allowed to bring one Mega in a team. This make things like Standard OU metagame, but unbalanced.
2. Stats boost + AAA. That one mega has boosted stats and can use any ability you want. Even with some abilities banned, you can combine two things that are not OP into one OP thing. Example: Flash Fire Scizor or Sap Sipper Swampert. Idk if standard OU pokes can handle these things.

Sorry if this is bashing or something but I think this metagame is more like "unbalanced OU," just because the two points above.
