Dex nav chaining. The higher your chain the more often higher numbers of "potential" stars (up to three) will appear. Each of these represents a guaranteed flawless IV. So in a way yes?
Yes but some people have gotten 5 IV/6 IV pokemon using this method.

I'd say Calm is the only other option, but it won't be too different from the Bold one.

If I don't get a good landorus in the next hour, then I would like to trade for a 5 iv -sp attack landorus that's impish, and kalos born. Willing to trade 5 iv shinies for it. Prefereed if it's nicknamable
Not really sadly it doesn't even have 3 perfect ivs
it would be incredibly valuable if you got a good one, but that's pretty much impossible. just reset for a decent nature and use in-game, otherwise it doesn't really matter what you get.

Yeah, I'm perfectly aware of that (hence why I said reset a mildly decent one) but I think I'll still reset it just for "fun".

kinda pokemon related question I hope that someone can answer this question for me: SO I downloaded an emulator VGA ok so I dowloaded two roms pokemon emerald in english and pokemon emerald in japanese. The english rom works just fine however the japanese one does not. I have tried changing the language I have no idea why the rom does not work can someone explain this to me please and thank you.
