Even though we're still missing a few votes, they would not change the outcome of this Suspect test. Greninja's fate is decided and, in order to favor the Tournaments community, I'm going to anticipate the results of the vote:
Number of votes: 249
Ban: 205
Do Not Ban: 44
Uber with an 82% majority.

For these reasons, Greninja will be moved to Ubers with immediate effect.

I'll leave this thread open for another day, so that the people who qualified can still cast their vote and have it count towards TC.
